I installed (full) the OS directly from the CD. And after installation it did not load and when I attempted to remove it from the drive I was unable to locate the drive in My Computer in Win XP.

I want you to know that it is just a bluff.

I am not saying it is impossible but it takes a heavy hacking and time consuming before you can break into any phone. Besides people endowed with such knowledge never talks about it. The programming of a phone is so complicated that it sometimes gets confusing to hack that you mostly get to a dead end.

Jerking the Bluetooth alone is a difficult task except you have a finished app that is when it is easy to do. There are a lot of apps for that.

You cannot not just say because you learn Python alone that you can hack any device. You have to learn how a thing is designed and the principle that guides the way it works before you can make any move.
