@ tunlex @ belong, made a similar mistake but mine wasn't deliberate. In my eoi I mistakenly answered yes when asked about Australian Qualification requirement, thinking they asked if my qualification is recognized by Australia for immigration purpose. I became worried when my total point increased by 5 points, since then I was unable to access my immi to know the breakdown. Shortly I was invited by Western Australia through general scheme schedule 1(overseas). I almost fainted on Sunday when I succeeded in accessing my for the first time to discover the 5 points was allocated to Australian Qualification requirement.
I was invited for nomination on November and the invitation point was 65, after deduction of the 5 points, my point is still above the cut off.
I have written to them(WA) to explain my predicament.

My questions are as follows.
1. For nominating me as an overseas candidate not minding my error, does it mean they recognized it as mistake since nowhere in eoi stated I schooled in Australia?
2. For informing them immediately before the outcome of the nomination application. Will it solve the problem.

NB: I have already updated my eoi and my point is still above the Nov. Cut off.

Simply go to immi and lodge your visa 600. Application guideline is provided for you.
Make sure you have financial evidence and xogent reasons to go back to your country in order to convince the Case Officer.

Looking at your years of service and AIMS requirement for assessment, you need to have 2 years experience in the last 5 years.

You stopped working in 2017 which was 5 years ago hence you do not meet AIMS criteria for experience which is working in a relevant skilled occupation in the last 5 years.

You began working 2 months ago as an MLS, which is good. You would need to work 22 more months to be able to assess with AIMS.

Make sure you lodge your visa with a valid IELTS. It does not matter if your IELTS expired before your nomination , just make sure you write the exam, have your result before submitting

As regards to the question 1, I called my bank's central customer number and they informed me that the officials at the central bank of Nigeria have to first review and approve the transaction and then they my bank will now process the wire transfer. That the cbn must approve first. They suggested I call the numbers at the tradeservice.gov.ng and request for my application to be approved. I called the numbers no one picked.

Currently at the site I’m seeing ADB_REVIEWER, is there a way to speed up this process ?.

you can use can still use FORM A for transfers/payments from your Nigerian while in the UK. Those being sponsored by family do not necessarily need to buy FX from the black market to send to you.

This is not marketing banks, but a cheaper alternative.

I’ve unconditional offer at Sheffield Hallam university to study Msc public health for September 2021 intake . This course is just an alternative. I’ve until May 15th to accept the unconditional offer by paying the initial deposit or lose my slot. My desire is to study Mcs adult nursing (pre- registration) and I’ve pending applications at the following universities: Chester , Hertfordshire, Bournemouth. Hertfordshire sent mail today that they’ve exhausted the space they’ve for my course and are working on providing more space of which IF they got more space then they will book me for an interview, if not they’ve closed for September 2021 intake. and Chester said they will give me by next week.
So my challenge here is, 1. I don’t have to lose the only slot I’ve already with Sheffield Hallam by May 15th. 2. What if I accept the unconditional offer for Sheffield Hallam and make the initial deposit and then I finally got an offer for my desire course which is adult nursing.
