This morning i started again and lo and behold

We are a family of 4, so SOWP for my hubby and Study permit for my 2 kids.

I mail my mp at Waterloo she said since I'm not in Canada she can't assist me my application is 17weeks now no update from the since my medical got update September.

Application submitted = 04 August 2022

Biometric = 04 August 2022 and updated same day immidietly

Program deferred = 13 September 2022

IRCC notified of program deferred and complained about medical not updated = 14 September 2022

Request from IRCC to send e-medical form = 14 September 2022

Medical ed = 14 September 2022 (This shows they can process an application within a day but just doing what suits them).

Since then, nothing again after several emails and webforms sending.

But these people are very callous Sha.

Anyway, I've started working on the UK against January 2022 to University of Wolverhampton and I applied without paying a dime. I can't let a time waster come and joke with my japa ambition.

Yes you need to write a letter authorizing the bank to debit you and signed you can scanned the letter and it.

Second time applicant; Conestoga College
1st application was done through an agent. He Got a rejection due to financial reasons. We ordered his GCSMS and the Visa officer claimed he didn't have enough proof of relationship with his sponsor (Sister). Hence, he wasn't sure he will be able to afford it financially.
He had to defer his ission to January 2023 and re-applied again. All thanks to @scott99tish for his advice.

Congrats but please call the nbcc and beg them to reinstate your ission , send series of emotionally emails to pacify dem .. it’s easier for u to travel with that visa (cos it’s 95% granted) if u use nbcc loa dan any oda loa … another loa means another study permit process , u will have to declare to ircc and a new process will begin as to that effect
And pls can u tell us when ur app was submitted

ing the medicals is an essential part of the whole thing but it doesn't guarantee the success of the visa since it is an upfront medical and not a medical request because they will review other docs as well. Since you submitted just a month ago, you should look forward to getting a positive response from them in a month, two months, three months or more - because it takes two months and above before they finalize most applications.
