Not luck bro, I think it depends on how active you are on aliexpress and your rank. Have only been declined once and even when I appealed, it was declined because I ed a temporary national ID card. I just left the like a month and since then, I have never been declined. Have used 3 different cards that are not mine same day more then once, I can even try with your own card now sef

So are u saying if ur appeal on an is declined, one should leave d domant for like a month n try using d again? Cos to d best of my knowlege, if an has not been cleared as regards appeal, it cnt be funded or purchase anytin directly with an atm card.

Aliexpress has hired a big bouncer for Your , any card apart from the card you have successfully used before will keep landing you in the appeal page..my guess is u already have up to 4 cards used in ur .. just give it a 2/3days rest after ur appeal,then try again with luck or just use one of the cards uve successfully used before.. #peace

Nobody has explained why the Chinese ROM is the best....

Differences between ROM's are:

1) China Stable ROM

All Xiaomi devices that are bought in China come with this type of ROM out of the box. It has Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) and English languages. It doesn't have Google Play Store or other Google services pre-installed because Google and Google services are blocked in China. Instead, it has Baidu, Weibo and other Chinese counterpart services. This version receives updates about every month.

2) China Developer ROM

Same as the China Stable ROM, but it's getting updated every week and has the latest new features and updates of MIUI. Bugs here and there might appear, but they aren't very common.

3) Global Stable ROM

All Xiaomi devices that aren't bought in China come with this type of ROM out of the box. It has multiple languages (some European and Indian languages). It has Google Play, Google services and Google apps instead of Chinese apps. This version isn't getting updated as often as the China Stable ROM.

4) Global Developer ROM

Same as the Global Stable ROM, but it's getting updated bi-weekly and has the latest new features and updates of MIUI. Bugs here and there might appear, but they aren't very common.
