To get things right in Nigeria. The president should establish a kind of jail that should be called Corrupt People's Prison (P), Different from regular jails for other criminals. This jail should house corrupt politicians and Yahoo boys.
Make a constitutional amendments to this effect.
All the states and all government officials will be audited at the end of every month. The auditor should be hired from overseas, and the judge that should decide the case should be a foreign judge. These people to be hired will never be known by the person they are going to audit and are people that can't be bribed.

If at the end of the audit, the Governor or minister or any government official cannot for 10 million, he should spend 10 years in P. 20 million should be 20years. 100miliion to 900milion should be life in prison. Jonathan still faced the problem of swearing in 3x. This was a case take to court, I can't the outcome but it will be too much of a distraction. You can't be sworn 3x as president.
