Of course, Nigeria is worth dying for. The question is, how many of you deserve to be Nigerians.
I and Millions of others clearly dont deserve to be Nigerians thats why we are asking politely to remove our undeserving land from the deserving.

Ebonyans don't subscribe to the ideology of IPOB. I'm from Ebonyi state, and I can tell you that IPOB have very few in Ebonyi. I'm all for self-determination, but IPOB need to modify their strategy to gain more convert.
Oga that news is fake. its your choice to believe it. IPOB at this point is the most active liberation movement for biafra. Massob and the rest are also trying but are not as proactive as IPOB.
IPOB will only refine their means as time goes on.

A common interest? I think it's 50-50, and the only reason people would begin to consider having a sovereign state is if the government refuses to practice through federalism..
Don't you think if we channeled all the efforts used for protesting or calling for a sovereign state is used for the call of through federalism we won't achieve that?
The north dominates the executive, legislative and Judiciary and even military. They have made it clear that they are not interested in True Federalism. Please be realistic in your assertions.

Yeah the call for true federalism I , also I share with your fears of having such a huge experiment - let's take a cue from Nigeria, we've had Independence (literally) for over 50yrs and still yet we've not learnt to manage our Resources, how sure are we that such wouldn't be the case if Biafra comes to be?
If you ignore nairaland for one day and read the Biafran charter by the Biafran government in exile, Resource control and true federalism is fully ingrained in the proposed constitution. please do your research. Each Biafran province will run their own affairs in line with the federal constitution.

Lets assume the president's statement was an oversight, but then Independence day is close by and the same People who claimed to be offended by such Statement would come out to and pledge..
Is that not hypocrisy?
That will be hypocrisy indeed but what sane and rational individual will IPOB one day and celebrate Nigerian independence on another day? Do you think ing IPOB is something people just do for fun. It is a tough decision and anybody who has come to that point of ing the Resistance has made up their mind about Nigeria.

In as much as I agree with someone of your valid point, but then "A Supposed Biafran" was at the helm of affairs for 6 years and still he couldn't change the course as to what the bolded text specified, and don't you think it'll still be the same story when this said independence is granted?
For your information:
Nnamdi Kanu has been there since 2009. He was a very Harsh critic of GEJ. It is on record. But GEJ was smart enough to leave him alone. But Buhari on the other hand justified everything Nnamdi Kanu has been saying by making the 97% vs 5% comment after the election. Nnamdi kanu smartly capitalized on it as evidence of whats to come for Igbos. Frankly speaking, he was right.

Mr emancipation, i saw your earlier post where you claimed that i have been making sarcastic comments on the biafra struggle.
The truth is that even the Igbos themselve know that of the three major groups, they are of less significance and this is the major cause of the agitation. There is no point adding salt to the wounds of Igbos by overstating this. We have crossed that bridge. Where we are now is the processes and modalities for the actualization of biafra. Any other thing is a distraction.
Majority of yorubas sympathise with the igbos and wish you success on your quest.
Igbos are not less significant in any shape or form. God forbid. They have succeeded as a group under circumstances that most other Nigerian groups will become extinct. They have gained political power in all Merit based societies in the West. Because igbo masses refuse to bend over for the Hausa-fulani oligarchy doesnt mean that they are not good in politics. In the East, Igbos are their own government and do almost everything for themelves without any political favors. Thats why the need for political seat is less because the average person dont depend on Government for anything.
As for your claim that majority of Yorubas sympathize with Igbos agitation, It is just simply a BIg LIE. Have you seen comments on Nairaland, facebook, twitter, comment sections of online news etc. Yorubas are the most resistant to the biafran movement. Even start from this thread.

They thought they are making some impact, If not for Nairaland i wouldn't even know. They can continue sitting.... Life goes on for the rest of Nigeria. That's was how they brag about the protest, any unsuspecting Nairalanders will think it is the end of the world. But slowly and surely they creep back to their shops, to normal business and life goes on .
You are not their target audience obviously....The people that matter are sitting at home. no need for attention seeking comments.

What sacrifice has the yoruba made to free them from slavery to the hausa/fulani in Nigeria? None because of cowardice.
yorubas are eternal slaves to the fulani-Olu Falae.
Stop trying to feel among by tagging your along with the hausa fulani because yorubas are their slaves. The fulanis have taken ilorin from yorubas and have threatened to take Offa as well should Nigeria break today. The fulani recently also told the whole world that they need Lagos more than they need the Niger Delta and this is simple; Lagos is their access to the sea.
Honestly I would like to see how things play out if this much talked about war breaks out because I am sure that lagos will be forcefully plucked out from the hands of the yorubas who will all flee into Cotonou as refugees.
Don't feel for our children, feel for your own children that will continue to service the hausa/fulani.
awolowo was a betrayer and back stabber and ended up committing suicide by taking rat poison when his northern master were about to send him to prison again.
After dealing with awolowo, they gave special tea to your aere onakakanfo to drink as well and also sent his wife to the afterlife.
northerners used benjamin adekunle and after that disgraced him from the army and the guy was struggling to servive, begging for contracts to feed. His children were begging for money to send him to Ghana for medical treatment, ordinary Ghana here not even USA, or UK.
awolowo was used during the war only to be deni9ed presidency and was about to be imprisoned by the same northerners for a second time before he committed suided.
selah.

Nnamdi Kanu has that chance.. . Form a political party of the igbos.. rule ur state well and become the leader of ibos. .. Rochas once had that chance to but it is gone
You are not Igbo. Stop making a fool of yourself. " We Igbo this or We Igbo that" in every comment you make.Who are you trying to convince?

This story is why you should have rejected the notion of 'one Nigeria'. How can someone call you "Brother" but will come to your land, take over everything, rape your women, forcibly marry some off and the person will tell you he is doing this because he wants to be "one" with you? This is the same way that Lord Lugard came to West Africa to create 'Nigeria'. It is the same way Nigeria has been kept together for 102 years. So the Biafran agitators are right to demand a separate existence from Nigeria just as their forefather were before Lugard came. It is a sorry story, I have heard many like it about war time attrocities. But it all points to the fact the freedom is one of the few things in life worth fighting for.
