Macolapablo:
Good afternoon comrades. Please, forgive me if I am in the wrong section.
I made an Erroneous Transfer on the 6th of January from my Gtbank to another Gtbank . I went to the bank to complain and I was given a form to fill out. In fact, I was told the has been blocked so there's no way the owner can withdraw the money. I was expecting the customer care official to move my money back since it has been verified that I did the transfer truly.
The funniest reply I got was that I should go and pray to God to touch the owner of the . ABEG, WETIN CONCERN GOD with the transfer? Please, any idea how I can get my money back?. Your advice will be appreciated. It's just 30k
The bank can't remove funds from the customer's without their consent. Because that is a strong basis for a lawsuit. So ask for the customer's number and talk with him/her. That's the fastest way to resolve this.
I did my test on the 20th of February n the interview on the 25th of February. Did my medicals on the 2nd of March then I was called for the 2nd Interview on the 20th of March. Jez bcoz you're tru with medicals doesn't mean you're in...Some of my colleagues received a "sorry mail" after dt. Up till now.....I've not heard a thing from them. Called the HR lady last month and she said I am on the next batch for training school. Some folks too have been patiently waiting like me since March. Though most of those we started the exercise have started working sef. Pls....MEDICALS DOESN'T MEAN YOU'RE IN OOOO ABEG!!!! And be careful with that one-on-one interview....A friend told me dt she answered all the man's questions n she received a sorry mail after all..she did medicals too. ONE-ON-ONE interview.....maybe the man jez select randomly...iono...ALL THE BEST THO But I have been waiting since MARCH!!! If you're called for medicals without one-on-one....you'll still be recalled for that so don't call PASUMA OR OSUPA that you're in now.....if u don't see ur PRE-EMPLOYMENT DOC, my broda/sister, don't even call SMALL DOCTOR coz dey might shock you
How did you the HR? have done all interviews and medicals in april. yet to hear from them.
I intend to go into tiger nut exportation. I'm in need of Information on what it takes, adhering to various continental criterias, capital to start etc.
Valuable information would be appreciated.

Interesting, let me chip in my own little two kobo.. Now if you want to build muscles you will need resistance, muscles are built by using resistance to overload and stress the muscle hence creating a 'tear' in muscle fibres, when your body starts repairing this tear created by muscle overload, then growth occurs. This growth occurs in other to prepare the muscle to be able to handle that resistance next time, as the resistance continues to increase the muscle will continue to be overloaded and more muscular fibres are torn.
The repair: for this growth and repair to happen, you will need protein and that's where casein found in milk or poultry, beef, soya, peanut butter, beans come into play, consuming these foods will help repair the tear created when you lift heavy weights and at the same time aid muscle development and growth. You will equally need a good rest ( muscles grow when you sleep).
The exercise: Since you are not keen on gyms you can invest in resistance bands, dumbbells or use your body as resistance ( press ups, air squats, dips and many more).. Focus on exercise that involves multiple ts and calls in your big muscles, instead of dumbell curls , squat like a sumo, deadlifts..All these you can do at home..
My advice: Do not waste money on whey protein if you are just a normal guy looking to get fit, the cheap ones do not contain up to 20grams of protein, with high fat content mixed with other cheaper stuff, good whey cost money, trust me I have had them all from VP2 to Muscle tech brands.. If you are not a dedicated weightlifter, I mean these guys really stress the body and need that quick protein for repair..Save your money and stick to protein obtainable from food sources but if you have the money by all means buy whey as an added supplement. you still need a good mix of good complex carbs and protein and vitamins for good well developed body, am sure that's what you desire..And you MUST put in work!! No shortcuts...get a pair of dumbbells, if you have the money, get like adjustable ones that you can change the weight if it gets too light.
In a nut shell,A well structured Resistance training program, good clean clean nutrition, very important, you cant be hammerimg eba daily and expect to look like adonis good rest and less stress is the key to a well oiled functional body regardless of your goals.. And make sure you drink like a fish, our body is 70% good old H20..
If anyone tells you drinking whey protein only will help with muscular development, please don't waste your money.. Imagine spending 40k on Optimum whey protein ( good quality though), thats for a month supply. oo if you want to get good results, now use half of that on just chicken breast, fish, soya milk, peanut butter, grains. There are some Nigetian foods when combined properly that will give you all you need, e.g yam mixed with beans, green vegetables and fish, sprinkled with moringa powder, that some serious mix of good carbs, protein and vitamins..As you can see, its way cheaper than buying expensive whey isolate..the only supplement i will add will be a good quality vitamin supplement to protect your immune system since exercise can compromise immunity due to stress been applied to the body..Good luck..

Search Funkmma on YouTube or his website for some kickbutt routines, bodyweight, dumbbells, metabolic. I learnt a lot from this guy, his workouts are tough but it works..The brother brings it raw, he is 46yrs!! but will destroy a lot of 25yr olds with his strength and endurance power.. Enjoy

I would like to know routine exercises that can help with the building of muscles without going to the gym. Essential nutrients or foods one can take to help with the building of muscles will be helpful too..
Thanks..
