You mustn't get it in lagos,
You must do capturing,
I did mine in PHC police HQ at 50k, although I know them just wan collect money.
It's possible to also do online and pay but you must go for capturing which indirectly they will still collect their money, so better go their station and just pay for everything and get it.

Please house, what are the requirements or what you must bring to IOM for upfront medicals, although I'm only seeing valid travel documents. Please any other thing to take with to for the medicals...for those that have done their upfront medical...

If yes? Then try to change the dates of your work experiences. Make it be a complete calendar year. E.g instead of saying you worked in a certain job from March to October, make it be a full calendar year, Jan to December. Just patiently look at it and play around with the dates, hopefully you would save and go that stage.

Police character is 3 months and it expires but your PCR will still be seen on the PCR portal of the Nigerian police. So expiring means after 3 months they don't know if u have committed any offence. Lol 😆. Well the reason people add this cert is to fast track your background check which comprises of criminal records of the applicant. If its optional as per review then you opt out but if you have funding its about 40/50k. 30k for the application non negotiable then 10k for the office biometric.

Is exercise science a progression career or academic wise for you?

These should be put into consideration to make a decision.

School options that I have is Holland college and college of the rockies, and its the same program *kinesiology *
It's both progressive career and academic wise because I studied human physiology bsc and I volunteer as a health officer....

According to that excel sheet, you are meant to use the grading scale of your school and to my knowledge, most Nigerian schools use a grading scale of 5.0 not 4.0.

Check and make your research though

I think you should send a mail to the graduate Chair of the department. However, your 2.75 may place around 2.3 on the 4pt scale. I think you can use WES free assessment tool to try to convert your scores.

If it's Post Graduate, you will see something like PGC or Ontario College Graduate Certificate. But, for diploma you will boldly see it on the school's website that it's written as Diploma or Adv diploma.

Since you already have a 2:2, kindly go for a post graduate diploma or post graduate certificate. If you go for Diploma or Advanced Diploma, the VO might be concerned why you're going for a degree lower than the one you already had EXCEPT in rare cases where you wanna change career.
