The Management of the University of Uyo wishes to inform prospective candidates that
the Pre-Degree and Basic Studies screening test has been postponed till further notice.

Registration for the screening tests however continues for prospective candidates for
the Pre-Degree and Basic Studies programmes.

Management regrets inconveniences caused by this postponement.

Uniuyo Direct Entry (DE) candidates are by this notice informed that the Uniuyo Direct entry is now out for registration. Candidates are to obtain a PIN from the 2013 Uniuyo DE form and use same for registrations.

Also, to aid candidates' success at the 2013 Uniuyo DE exam, the Uniuyo DE past questions are also available for sale. Get it from De Kemcy.

DE Timetable for this year, 2013 are also available, together with the Registration PIN, Schedule, and a Uniuyo Map for exam venues location. Just visit mygstpapers.com for these and more.

Just as was the case with the Jambites, this year's (2013/2014) Uniuyo Direct Entry Registrations would require the use of a PIN CODE. this replaces the Uniuyo Direct Entry Card used before.

highly condemned by the University
right from the on-set. Hence, the
request by the school authority for EVERY candidate to get FOUR Coloured
Printouts of their Post UTME Registration
forms HAVING A PORT
PHOTOGRAPH WITH RED BACKGROUND. Defaulter of the above cited instructions
are liable to default their chances of
taking the forthcoming Uniuyo POST
UTME 2013 even as the school's order
still holds. However, candidates who had used a
port photograph bearing their
own faces BUT WITH A DIFFERENT
BACKGROUND OTHER THAN RED may
reach me now for appropriate
rectification. After the modification had been done
on their Post UTME Forms, all such
affected candidates shall then to

The University of Uyo Post Utme
screening exercise popularly

for 2013/2014 session has been postponed. According to information I gathered from the
school’s registrar, Mrs. Edak U. Umondak this afternoon (July 20th), no new date has yet been fixed for
the post utme screening of this year,
but noted that the postponement is till further notice. A new date will however be communicated to all
those concerned.
This notification by the registrar
confirms the information I got
yesterday, July 19th at the
istrative office ( ISSIONS UNIT), here in the University of Uyo
and at the school’s e-portal. All 2013/2014 uniuyo post utme
candidates are hereby ened to
abide by this new development,
even as all inconveniences this postponement may have caused them are highly regretted. However, all students who have not
yet ed for the UNIUYO
2013/2014 POST UTME ATTITUDE TEST may still do so before July 31st
2013 by midnight. This follows an extension of registration date from 20th July 2013 to July 31st 2013 by 12.00pm.

Thirty minutes has elapsed already and we're still waiting here. The madam who ushered us into the exam hall at LLH in the part of the school called "UNIUYO ANNEXE CAMPUS", made us to know that the exam would start by 9am. But checking my watch here, its already 10.30a.m. . . .what a world ! Should i wait a bit longer or should i go find something to eat ? Mehn. . .am damn hungry. . . Yawning already.

I still have hope. We will soon start, at least the brown envelopes have now arrived, signalling the commencement of the much long waited Uniuyo Post UTME 2013.

I see police men and women everywhere. Three soldiers are guiding this hall with five men from NSCDC (the Oga at the Top boys. . . . Haha). This is serious !

I can hear the invigilator at the adjacent hall dole out his ten commandments to his candidates, and do does this madam in front of us. The list she read is quite long, i scarcely heard everything she said. But in few minutes time, we would have called this exam, the 2013 uniuyo post utme holding now in the school, quit !

She shared the OMR sheets first and then instructed us on how to fill it. After this, the question papers were being shared and there i saw Govt, CRK, ENGLISH & ECONS, being my combination for my department.

At dot 12p.m, the exam started and as if we were being pursued, began a fast one on the questions we knew best (which were similar to De Kemcy's www.fb.com/myGSTpapers questions).

Within 30minutes, i had tackled 60 questions (tnx to De Kemcy's Uniuyo Aptitude test past questions). But just as i was about to shade the 61st question, i felt a light tap on my shoulders, which made me turn. .
. . It was then i realised it was all a dream, sorry i went for a night vigil. . . . sorry to also add that the uniuyo aptitude test has been POSTPONED TILL FURTHER NOTICE.

The University of Uyo has postponed its post utme aptitude test for 2013. I confirmed this from the Registrar herself, and the University's website today has the story. From information gathered from reliable sources, the school had to put its Post utme Aptitude Test on hold for now, due to the on-going strike by the ACADEMIC STAFF UNION OF UNIVERSITIES in the country, ASUU.

As an institution which has ASUU as its workers (holding sensitive positions of interest as far as the forthcoming Uniuyo post utme 2013 is concerned), the school would not just conduct post utme aptitude test, leaving these important signatories behind , hence the postponement of the UNIUYO 2013 APTITUDE TEST.

or could we also point accusing fingers at the June 12th riot? I report, you decide !!
