Just yesterday, I have been at Abuja on the invitation of the President and some of his team. It was resolved that ;
- with hope and strong resolve by the government and the people things will surely change *if only our people will be a bit patient with the government*
- the CBN Governor Mr [b]Yemi Cardoso declared that with all that have been put into place dollar will surely crash naturally if only the black marketers are put in check.
WHAT WE HAVE DONE IN OGUN STATE
We are not only Gateway state by mouth, we have the best intelligent, resourceful and articulate brains in the country , therefore as your duely elected Governor we met with some stakeholders and came out with these just last week:
- All students in higher institutions across the country who are from Ogun State will be given fifty thousand naira each to cushion the effect of their increased tution fee
- all the primary and secondary school students in the state will be given ten thousand naira each
- all our primary and secondary school students will enjoy at least five exercise books
- all our elderly men and women to enjoy FREE HEALTH CARE from all our health institutions across the state
- all pregnant women to enjoy free health care and to be given five thousand naira after delivery
- having realized that the past governments and this present istration are owing Ogun State workers over #6billion of unpaid deductions we have therefore resolved that starting from this month of February, we shall be paying #500million to offset this deduction owed our civil servants
- our government have been paying ten thousand naira to cushion the effect of transportation cost of our civil servants in the last 8 months, this government will continue with this
- From tomorrow Thursday, 100 trailer loads of rice will arrive the state some of which will be given freely to the aged while the rest will be sold at a controlled price of how much a bag of rice was been sold before the soaring prices of food item started
- we are launching electric okada and tricycles to reduce transport fare by 30-40%
MY PLEA TO YOU AS MY PEOPLE
Let us be tolerant and patient with this government. Let us not any group of those who are hellbent at destroying this istration. We can't pretend as a government that all is well, we are aware of the hardship but we should not be an agent of sabotage to thwart and tarnish this istration's image and effort .

I will just be brief without writing too much.
We are based we have 4 children, my first child is 13 from my previous relationship, she has become very terrible, she doesn't listen to me or my wife. She tells her that she is not her biological mother and she cannot control her. She had threatened to call the police on my wife telling her if she touch her she will fight her back and call the police. She goes to school and closes at 3.45 her school is 10 mins walk from home, but she is always late for home.
She comes home around 6 sometimes 7pm , as I am writing now every friday she closes at 12.30 but she is still hasn't come back home yet.
I am on my way to work. I start at 6.30pm till 2.30am so I rarely get to see her and she only misbehaving when I am not around. So far we have seized her phone because we had found so many inappropriate messages exchanges between her and boys. We had also removed the TV from her room and her behaviour has gotten worse. She is behaving like she's possessed.
My wife and I are fed up. Even her siblings are tired of her. We want to send her back to Nigeria maybe in a boarding school until she is 18 in order to protect her younger ones. If we keep her and she continues with her terrible behaviour I may beat her badly and we may end up loosing all 4 children to the authorities.
Please what advice will you give to me concerning this issue?
. She is your daughter. Don't send her to Nigeria and add more to her plight. The issue is when a person remarries it takes time for the children of the first marriage to get used to the new marriage. Be patient with her Talk to her early in the morning. Avoid forced acceptability. All will be well.

On Wednesday, February 21st, 2024, something surprising happened on TV. The Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) was showing a live program with Yakubu Gowon, a former leader. At 5:30 pm, during the show, things got tense.
NTA asked Gowon to speak Hausa, a language he didn't want to use. Gowon is good at speaking English, which he preferred. But NTA kept insisting, even though Gowon said no. Then, without warning, NTA suddenly stopped the program. People watching were confused and upset. They went on social media to talk about it.
People are now talking about why this happened and if it was right. They want NTA to explain.

I talked to a Teacher yesterday and She told me almost all Private schools suffer SEVERE LACK of teachers currently.😕
That the HARSH Economic situation of the Country has forced Many Teachers to go Trade, online business, POS businesses, etc.
I said how about NYSC guys?
She said Youth corpers these Days are so Lazy, Non-Chalant!
I just when I taught as a Youth Corper in 2015,
the Enthusiasm we used to March from our Corper's lodge to the PPA was so Unreal!
SO, WHAT EXACTLY IS HAPPENING TO NIGERIAN EDUCATION
. Private school teachers are underpaid in Nigeria. It is very discouraging
Soon there will be no teachers on the private schools. Most proprietors use the sweats of their teachers to enrich themselves!
This is a kind of job mistakes is not tolerated, there should be procedures with check list.you shouldn't do B if A cannot be accomplished...no adequate supervision.
. He looks like an Igbo .He must have voted for Obi but the votes in the core North made his sole vote irrelevant.
The truth things are bad in the country.
There must be an end to "be patient " chorus.
. The man was in charge of feeding the lions. in the garden. Two were there. A report has it that the woman made a mistake of not locking their cage as part of their feeding process. That made one of the lions attacked the woman. In an attempt to save the woman the deceased eventually lost his life. The mistake of the woman led to the death of the man. May God comfort his family.

In a spine-chilling turn of events, the streets of Abuja became a battleground today as the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) clashed with Bureau De Change (BDC) operators in a nail-biting confrontation that left bystanders in utter shock.
Eyewitnesses describe the scene as something straight out of an action-packed thriller, as EFCC agents descended upon the BDC operators with an air of intensity rarely witnessed on the streets of the capital. With tensions already running high, the situation quickly escalated into a heart-stopping showdown as both sides refused to back down.
Caught in the midst of this terrifying spectacle, bystanders scrambled for safety as shouts filled the air and the sound of scuffling reverberated through the streets. Mobile phone cameras captured the chaos, with footage showing the intense standoff between the EFCC agents and the defiant BDC operators.
. How did the aboki get the Dollars? From banks ! How did the Bank CEOs in Nigeria make money and build big mansions and schools? Bank corruption! It is what they buy they sell to the masses .No solution in sight in my opinion
. Wicked people with filmsy excuses! You deliberately fleece Nigerians with what we produce ourselves. Where is our Elephant Cement Company at Ewekoro? Has it not been silenced by Dangote and Abua Cements? Capitalists now control the market and increase the prices because the supply is more than the demand.

It's over one year I lost my mother to stage 4 breast cancer, the breast cancer was not detected early,
- I that day very clearly like it was yesterday,
- It was on a Sunday morning, she was responsive their on her hospital bed, she was even smiling with the doctor attending to her,
- I was there, my younger brother was there, my older cousin was there, we were there by her side, the doctor attending to her left,
- Few minutes after the doctor left, mummy closed her eyes,
- We immediately rushed and called the doctors to the situation, the brought their machine for R, the machine couldn't detect her pulse/vitals,
- She was pronounced dead after several efforts.
- I couldn't believe I just saw mummy die before my eyes,
- My younger brother went nuts right there in the hospital, my older cousin shed tears, his eyes were red, I was too shocked, I just sat down beside her body and held her hand for over an hour, she was 52years old.
- This memory plays in my head each day.
- My younger brother was never himself After mummy's ing,
- He developed some kind of mental health issues, it was so bad for him,
- My younger brother became a complete shadow of himself, this is someone that is full of Life and energy when mummy was alive.
- Doctor said it was schizophrenia which was triggered due to the loss of a loved one as he was very close to her.
- With combined efforts, my younger brother slowly overcame the mental health issue,
- Each time I look at him, I'm so glad we rallied around for him, I am so glad I played my role and stood by him at that low point in his life, I'm filled with happiness each time I see him.
- Witnessing a loved one die in your presence is a scar for life, it can damage a person for Life.
You can share your experience if you wish, it is not an easy thing to talk about.
. If you are closer to your parents even if they die twenty years ago you will still be missing them. It is not an easy thing! Those who do not live with their parents may not understand the misses.
Even if they die at 100 the memories are cannot be easily forgotten!
Pastor Adeboye’s prayer that Christians of other denominations will bow before RCCG sparks controversy!
A video clip being shared online shows him making the prayer at the 2021 youth convention of the church.
He made reference to how the sons of the prophet bowed before Elisha after he was endowed with the double portion of Elijah’s power.
Adeboye then prayed that as the prophet’s sons bowed to Elisha, Christians from other denominations would bow before them. The entire congregation roared with an amen response.

After the sleepless nights in class to study, struggling to get a space in the lecture room, defending your project, carry overs, buying of handout & text book purchase
How can a whole graduate settle for such amount?
You are graduate and should be aiming for nothing less than N250,000 or nothing.
. I don't think the Federal Govt will pay a fresh graduate 250k never ever!
A revolution willl never occur in Nigeria
Should I tell you a secrete about Nigeria
Nobody is angry about bad government in this country we all are pretending to be angry because it is not our tribesmen or religion person that is in government..
The end sars protest the north did not participate because it was seen as a fight against their own son Buhari. Even some major part of South west did not participate because it was seen as a disruption to the quest and ambition of tinubu's 2023 candidacy
We were all aware that Tinubu's istration is gonna be a repetition of Buhari's tenure because Tinubu was part of it and he was the one who brought upon us Buhari's istration
Instead they allowed tribalism and religion sentiments again
Oh so the suffering of tinubu is greater than that of Jonathan subsidy removal but yet the voices that led a protest and shut down Jonathan subsidy removal suddenly lost their voice.
Should I tell you another secret.
It will be difficult for the nation to unite against any president from the three major tribe due to tribalism
Light up my weed with anger while I stake some football games this morning
"It will be difficult for the nation to unite against any president from the three major tribe due to tribalism."
I agree with you but for how long are we going to continue when all our politicians make life difficult for the masses.?
Atiku Obi and Tinubu cannot fix Nigeria. As for me the subsidy removal reversal is the best step now.Buhari after 8 years said: " Nigerians are difficult to govern" What did he achieve? Nothing
. I advise the president to reverse the subsidy removal. Greedy Nigerians would thwart the entire process. Moreso the masses are the ones suffering now. If he refuses to do so there may be revolution in this country. Granted the entire nation is in pains now because of subsidy removal and dollar increase culminating in high cost of living and it's accompanied pians. The earlier the better!
