I'm so sorry about your experience. Vigilance is key when taking public transportation in Lagos. Be very vigilant and alert as soon as you get to the bus stop. Avoid ing discussions and arguments, no matter how tempting the urge may be.

I'll never understand the logic behind getting on the hood of car in the name of 'stop and search'. It's crude and foolish.

I love how Dangote Refinery has taken on the NNPCL head-on. NNPCL is basically trying to project its inefficiency on Dangote Refinery. I do not see any reason for the NNPCL press releases when the actual details that Nigerians require are shrouded in secrecy .

His arrest is a good one. But then, what happens to him AFTER his arrest? We just hear the news of the arrest of criminals and that's it.

We are back to this "lifting" word again. We know how well the previous istration "lifted" 100m Nigerians out of poverty. As a matter of fact, it was perfectly done such that one out of 3 Nigerians now drives Rolls Royce ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 1 Like |

When they fix this minimum wage amount, do they apply the same methodology when they fix fines for offenders or increase tuition fee in public institutions? Because it is funny how you struggle get to 60k minimum wage but Lagos state traffic violation fines can wipe off that amount in less than 1 minute. In the Nigeria of today, I really don't know how people will survive on 60k monthly without adding corrupt practices to their skill. It's tough. 4 Likes |

I like this. Baby steps, but we will certainly get there. Content owners cannot be living in penury while some criminals feed fat on their contents. Another set of people that need to be checked are the musicians. You just take an old song, lace with tungba and start raking in millions. Meanwhile, the original owner of the song can barely feed. But then, because you have mentioned his/her/their name in your song, you have done right by everybody. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Thus act of scoring goals and not celebrating is an important life lesson. Accomplish your goals but be sensitive about how you show it off. Don't underscore your performance in the name of friendship/emotions.

It is when they are about to leave the office that they come with 'largesse' like this. A new government will take over and start scream "No capacity" and "empty treasury". Same old pre-election trick, every time. |
