Hello house i20 says this school requires English proficiency student is not yet proficient English instructions will be given at school and on the school website it says its only required from students from countries where English not an official educational language so my question is if the VO asks why i did not write TOEFL do i tell him its because its not required from countries where English is not an official educational language or tell him English instructions will be given at the school?

Hello house friend of mine is going to the embassy with a statement of from his sponsor showing transactions from December 2013 to 30TH of May 2014 but this statement was issued and printed in JUNE 2014 is it advisable for him to go with this because his sponsor is not in the country right now to give another statement showing transactions for June 2014
