How do I now run the inverter side ?

Just like any normal one. My 2nd battery isn't connected to the inverter but I guess you can also use a change over switch on it.

Pls I really need to learn this connection

What exactly do you wish to learn. I shared some pics of my setup earlier on in the thread. It's simple really.

The dc cable from the cc goes into a dc breaker. The output dc cable from the dc breaker goes into the central connection of the Swiss knife change over. Finally each end of the change over has a dc cable connected to different batteries. So u just switch the change over from one battery to the 9ther depending on which you need to charge with the s.

Hello Guys,

I have a question.

i want to add a second battery to my inverter set up in a way that I can switch between battery 1 and battery 2 at anytime. Both battery will use the same source for charging (same Solar and Grid) and I don't have a problem charging only one battery at a time.

I cant merge because both batteries are different sizes and manufacturers. And I don't want to use two inverters .

Is there a change over switch that can change the battery in use between battery 1 and battery 2, just like NEPA and Generator style?

Is this doable? how do i do this?

It is possible. Infact I currently use 2 of such similar setups. However ensure you switch off the breaker between the cc and the s b4 making the switch using regular change over we use for typical switch BTW grid supply and power generator engine.
