Finally, ices has completed my eca and sent me my evaluation report. It eventually took 19 weeks to complete and one extra week for the report to get to via DHL. Thanks for your advice and encouragement.

Are you serious? When did they put this up on their website? I have been waiting for 16weeks now, no evaluation report and they want to increase the time. This is so unfair.

I believe ICES processing time has been increased to 20wks now, so it's difficult to see any good impetus for choosing them over WES, even ing for verification and WAEC issues. This is a week past my initially designated 14 wks, yet they are still prevaricating. So knowing all these, it's still your call.

I can confirm that ICES evaluates OND as Two-year diploma and HND as Four-year Advanced diploma. Just received mine, but its a whole LONG wait, approximately 19 weeks after all documents were received by ICES. Although the evaluation was completed in 17 weeks; it took two weeks to get to me.
