1. PROTECT YOUR SKIN FROM THE SUN One of the most important ways to take care of your skin is to protect it from the sun. A lifetime of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems, as well as increase the risk of skin cancer. Use sunscreen: Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. Apply sunscreen generously, and reapply every two hours or more often if you're swimming or perspiring. Seek shade: Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 2
In which of countries? p.m., when the sun's rays are strongest. Wear protective clothing: Cover your skin with tightly woven long-sleeved shirts, long pants and wide-brimmed hats. Also consider laundry additives, which give clothing an additional layer of ultraviolet protection for a certain number of washings, or special sun-protective clothing (which is specifically designed to block ultraviolet rays). 1. Why single out Chelsea? I prefer they start and build their career with lesser clubs before finishing up with the top flights.

But will they be able to withstand the temptation from the offer and monetary inducements?
A word is a enough for the wise.

But, Amaechi used Rivers state money to campaign for you and you've not sent EFCC after him...

OBJ used Nigeria's money to campaign for you and you stated the reasons u shouldn't probe him and as well dine with him and call him a saint...

What of Tinubu? Fashola and even Atiku?

But becoz Akpabio spend his money to campaign under PDP and dat doesn't seems nice to you, Mr president!

Akpabio embezzled money...Yes! But please there isn't any body that never tampered with either FG or the state allocations... So please, cut the crab! He has done more than enough.... He turned AKS into a beautiful state... Many tribes has in past years been asking akwa ibomites to leave for their state with a mindset that the state has nothing... But Akpabio governtment changed that.... The state was built and Now... The minister of Tourism has been taking from Cross River to an Akwa ibom man under Buhari's ministerial nominees...
He dat as ear let him hear.

If Yorubas wre lazy, they wouldn't have money to buy your products.

Obviously your business is not selling in your erosive enclave that's why you're running to the SW.

As per laziness, Igbos are number one. You call yourselves businessmen/women yet you're too lazy to create original products. You lazy morafcukers litter the market with fake and dangerous goods. Hardworking my azz.

Igbos are too disrespectful, prideful and hateful. What's so hard in respecting your hosts, their culture and land? Would Americans go to China and disrespect the Chinese president? Animals.

Patience is virtue. Yorubas are patient when dealing with leeches like Igbos.

I have always studied Enyeama, I know he is the pompous type that seeks some form of gratification for saving important goals for us. I wouldn't complain about that, if you are good at something and are boastful about it, anybody can go to hel.l.

Enyeama is a mere captain of a team, the fact that he was stripped of his captaincy doesn't compensate for dumping Nigeria. Can he come late to Lille even if hell had broken loose? Not coming at all would have been better than coming late but I understand the boy is trying to dedicate the Congo match to mama.

That team belonged to the coach, the coaching staff first and any other person can come after. Oliseh takes the blame for any success or loss.

Ahmed is a dedicated boy. Always gives his best, always plays in the Champions league. Dedication always trumps talent any day. You guys should forget this very good keeper, as far as am concerned, he could have equally had a year injury.

What's with the Bentley? You don't have a house a Belgium, you don't live there, you haven't played there before. So you simply decided to rent a Bentley (or borrowed one from Eden Hazard's Belgium garage) to intimidate the other guys who probably came in a team bus? Is there no taxi in Belgium or molue?

It's really crazy when people who have not played any sort of organized sport under a coach, to be making some misguided comments and defending a player who actually erred on that occasion.
senseless
