Dude i will say u should go with dangote. The pay should increase with time and its your discipline area and you can always get a better job. If you go with exxon you might need to them do a masters in maybe supply chain mgt.

Recently I got dangote fertilizer graduate trainee offer with a five year bond. I will be trained overseas and can only leave after five years.

I was thinking NNPC will come through but now I've got to make a choice.

I hold a first class degree in chemical engineering (2018) and am ionate about career.

What would you advice. Does working as a logistic personnel count as an experience, should I accept dangote offer. Am confused. please pardon my typo, am still basking in the euphoria of this heartbreak from NNPC

I have responded previously on this; 1st interview is structured, 2nd interview is interview then after that Is psychologist and medicals (at the same time). That’s all I know for now.

How long did total take to respond after the structured interview?

Is the medical stage after the structured interviewed stage?
If so what happens at the medical stage, is it purely medicals or there is another interview session which one has to scale through before going for the medicals?
