I have same issue with my WAEC cert, and got an affidavit for it.
Although it is not always noticed most of the times, but my formal employer noticed it during confirmation of my appointment. So I quickly presented my affidavit.

My Advice:

Kindly get an affidavit so that you won't be under unnecessary pressure when anyone finds out

APL will be out SOON as the GMD said.. but before then, let me drop an info I learnt about recently from my HR Source.. it has nothing to do with the release but rather with a very weird method applied in correcting the first list..

She claimed that a first list was submitted sometime in October but it was met with disapproval from Top Guns in government causing the initial delays and rancours.. mostly because it was claimed to favour more of the west and south and not enough of the north... According to her, on that day she informed us that the GMD called a very short emergency meeting after the Quiz Event, it was resolved that the list should be modified after which online documentation should follow..

.. she said they (HR DEPARTMENT) consequently proceeded to remove some names from some states in order to balance it by adding some names in order states.. NOW the weird gist is, CAN u imagine the method they applied in choosing the new names that were added... she said that in order to be fast with the selection and to make it fair, they logged into the dashboards of the candidates with high scores that were not selected before, then they checked the number of times each candidate had logged in since the interview and the regularity with which they logged in and from there, they selected over hundreds of new names based purely on how often they frequented their dashboard. when my boss asked her why,, she said since the candidates in question all had the necessary high score, they couldn't pick all, they needed a particular number and so it was down to luck... and for the method, she said the logic was that those who were continually checking their dashboard showed that they were really interested in the job and were eager to know if their status had changed but those who didn't oftenly might not care much bout the job..

mehn, I was shocked dat day.. that is how many of us here would be called by luck.. from dat day, I began to believe more in prayers ... people who were not in the original list, see how Fate turned tins around for their favour...... just with a weird reason of logging in to ur dashboard oftenly.. that's it... we wait.

The first one used to be my most trusted and accurate source but has been generally cautious of telling me things as someone that follows this thread.

The second is very close to the leadership of the corporation but not so sure about the accuracy of his info. S/he was the one that said “sure before end of first quarter next year” when I asked him late last year.

Past accurate info was given by the first. S/he was the one that accurately said when interview invite will be sent.

Have asked a third source, and also asked the second source how sure s/he was about what s/he said (still awaiting response).

I won't be a part of this conjecture that NNPC cancelled the ongoing recruitment process the fact tgat nothing has been heard doesn't mean it is cancelled... DPR started the process in 2016 and not until 2018 before APL was released.

LMAO! and @Ngwoike is saying NNPC recruitment that just started in March 2019 has been cancelled, while still proposing second list for DPR. I wonder if it is ission list.

However, i've heard some strong rumors today that this recruitment exercise has been cancelled. And before y'all come for my heads i was also expecting this to come to a positive end. How are you doing today?I have been away from the thread for about a week so I just saw this comment today.
As regards the recruitment, I believe the alerts being received by applicants show that the Executive have started taking action on the process after the committee formed to look at the list sent their report last week.
At this point, no one has any further update as it lies within the purview of the President who doubles as the Minister of Petroleum.The payments show that the new salary scale has been approved as Panalyst and a few others have said here and an order has been given for the process to continue and bring it to its logical conclusion which will be the release of the list of successful applicants.
It is not true however,that all those being paid the transport allowances are the successful ones.I can safely say that it is just the corporation trying to conclude that aspect of the recruitment.
Someone also mentioned in his/her comment on this thread that the Presidency is too big to bother about something as little as NNPC recruitment; that assertion is faulty because as the main cash cow of the country,everything about it is of huge importance to the government of the day.Couple that with the fact that NNPC is under the Petroleum Ministry whose Minister is the President himself.Where else will the authorization to implement or cancel the list and by extension the recruitment exercise come from?Food for thought.[/b]
