Very strange o. It was when I called ircc Ottawa office,the lady I spoke with checked my application and told me I’m still within my processing time but she will leave a note on my application. I now checked on 19th August and saw my medicals was ed on the 18th, in the evening. I didn’t even get a mail for that. I just decided to check my gckey and saw it. My tracker just updated it today sef.

Omo i don’t even know what is going on again but I’m just keeping faith alive and hoping for the best now.

This was exactly me on the 17th but after sending mails and calling the next day,my medicals was updated to the next day. Since then nothing again. Still showing in progress

A decision has been made on your application; just be patient the outcome will drop. I pray it is an approval. If you have signed up on the tracker you can check there.

I have and the tracker’s last update was on Aug 11th. It hasn’t been updated since then. Even this yesterday correspondence hasn’t reflected there.

I will just have faith and wait for the end result.

Yesterday night,around 7:30pm I got a correspondence letter / bvl,till now I’ve gotten nothing else. My application is still saying “in progress”. Sent mails to Nairobi,London and Lagos last night yet nothing.
Checked my tracker and it’s last update was Aug 11th. I don’t even know what to do anymore.

Happened to me when I wanted to make a payment, and what I did is that i use naira to buy dollar on my Payday virtual dollar card to make the payment with seamless

Hello everyone,
Please I made my study permit application this evening with my UBA dollar card. After inputting my card details,I saw a message on the site, saying payment would be verified after 24hours. After a while I logged back into my just to be sure and my application still hasn’t submitted and it’s even saying “not submitted to ircc”. I tried paying with my card again and it kept saying “transaction declined” like 3x.

so I decided to stop and call UBA customer service to understand what’s happening. The customer care rep I spoke with told me the transaction went through from their end and that I should the body I made the payment to. Please I don’t know what to do about it at this point.
All suggestions would be appreciated please. Thank you.
