There is another testing kit that is 4th generation test kit and they are mostly used abroad. They can detect HIV earlier than Unigold and determine. They can detect HIV even at 10 days. Lower your pride and learn.

I didn't tell you that ELISA is used in primary health centres. I only told you to find out the difference between ELISA and PCR. 3rd generation HIV tests (like Unigold, determine) and 4th generation HIV tests (like Genscreen ultra, Vitros) all uses the ELISA principle which is entirely different from PCR (This point was to show you that 4th generation HIV tests and PCR HIV tests are not the same like you said).

I will advise you go to a teaching hospital and do HIV test tell them you want to do PCR own( this will help you know if you are actually positive) because the normal test cant detect hiv of weeks or month. But PCR will detect at least 10days but the results takes like 3-5 days to be out.
