Who has a multichoice dstv or gotv decoder that suddenly stopped working and they want it traded back to them for 20000 and 10000 respectively . I feel they sent a signal out and decoders are shutting down without any apparent fault only to be traded in at outrageous amounts

Sometimes I wonder whether you guys really know how daft you all sound to ever imagine 25% in Abuja should decide who govern Nigeria. cheesy

It's like saying Adeleke should not be declared Osun state governor because he didn't get 25% in Oshogbo LG or makinde in Ibadan LG. grin
Read the electoral law again especially what it states about a run off election...

You will not understand.

This judgment is an affirmation of Tinubu's victory because what Peter Obituary took Tinubu to Court for is the same thing that Oyetola took Ade deDancer Adeleke to Court for.
you are wrong sir , oyetola had no proof of his allegations hence his defeat in court obi has proof so its not the same thing ,in court its what you can prove that matters.

If your assertions are correct I absolutely agree that they should contest the results of the election in court.
But, I don’t think anybody in their right mind will go to court and inflict self injury by justifying incompetence raised against them. You will expect them to use every means to justify their competence and defending the position of the winner of the election they superintend over is one of it.

since you have put it that, way then I am forced to agree with you ,it makes a lot of sense as inec too would not want to look silly whew, the tribunals will be fun once they commence.

What do some people expect? INEC is only defending the legitimacy and accuracy of its action in the elections.
The ONLY reason people who oppose the election result have is that the IREV was not used to the results in the timeframe they wanted.
But the Constitution and Electoral act NEVER stipulated a timeframe for ing results. Even the American electoral results is usually not available online until months after the presidential elections. I honestly don't know how some people expect a GUIDELINE to become LAW.
and the same IREV ed shows cancellations and adjustments and even a state given to the president elect upon recalculation shows he lost it to LP when you factor all these into consideration ,dont they have a right to ask for better adjudication ...

Is like some people are new to politics/court. INEC officials most defend their work na. Let use Oyetola vs Adeleke of osun state as case study. Even adeleke recent Victoria was because of INEC .
no you are wrong it was BVAS and IREV data something that Tinubu currently lacks and that was all he challanged inec on , they faulted their own laid down procedures ,they should tell us why..

After carefully reading through the comments up-to page 6 before it was derailed with insults by some people, I have this to say. Ladies who demand on a first date have NO CLASS AT all and it's very bad of them. A first date should be a quite place where both parties get to know each other better and discuss, not the other way round. If a lady isn't interested in a guy she should let the guy know in a peaceful manner not demanding excessively on a first date and subsequent ones.
Be that as it may, I guess the way guys portray themselves to be who they are not gives the ladies that do so upper hand to demand from the person they are meeting for the first time. Ladies please let's stop it, it's not good. Find something doing so that you can get whatever you want with your money, not you waiting on a guy to do so for you. I for example take myself out once in awhile and pamper myself, then come home and relax. My Ex once told me that I should let him know whenever I need something because he knows I'm not the demanding type, thou that doesn't mean I don't have needs to met.
And to Awkaetitibabe, please take it easy. Have been seeing your comment right from the first page of this post till the 14th or 15th page. Life would be a bed of roses for all of us if we take things easy.
Cheers to you all.
Happy Sunday in advance!!!!

What the op failed to add,The cougar (Puma concolor), also commonly known as the puma, mountain lion, panther or catamount, is a large felid of the subfamily Felinae native to the Americas. Its range, from the Canadian Yukon to the southern Andes of South America, is the widest of any large wild terrestrial mammal in the Western Hemisphere,so its not like a regular lion its smaller not even as heavy as an African lioness talkless of a male African lion...

Lions depend on the lionesses for food because they are too heavy to hunt.
Thats not accurate ,male lions have a mane, and that does not help with active camouflaging, this favours the females ,but once the females engage a powerful prey lets say a male savanna buffalo,or giraffes ,basically any thing too strong for the female lioness to take down he uses his raw power to bring it down ..PS even with the mane Lil s have been known to hunt thou its not often...

I was going to say that, do we have facilities to care for such animal?? I think not.. The best thing to do is simply get a vet, do a health check and send it back to sea..

;Du sure say na dis kind gun kill this elephant, because I sure say d gun no fit kill human being.
its quite easy actually you only have to sit on top a tree branch with a clear view and pick a spot behind the skull and just one bullet would do my guess is this what he did modern methods of culling large herds is to use a chopper while in the air select and shoot at the back of the head ..PS as a disciple of conservation I'm not an advocate of killing elephants

Actually, I also studied Wildlife Management.
And i did my Siwes at Kainji Lake National Park in Niger (Roan gate, Wawa camp, Oli Camp) / Okomu National Park in Edo, also been to Old Oyo National Park in Oyo, was at Sepeteri, Oyo Ile, Tede Range coupled with others..

Trust me, Man power is just one of the Problems of Nigeria National Parks....
Logistics, Welfare, Research, and so on....
Take for example...Most of this parks still uses Double barrels, Shot gun, .2mm, whereas poachers have upgraded to AK47s, herdsman now encroach the park carrying modern guns..

Lots more....if i start spewing all the Problems of NPs in Nigeria, you had sleep reading cheesy and wake up again.

The law is even against them, imagine, a Ranger is not to shoot at a poacher facing him with a gun, with an intent to attack.

The law isnt strict enough.

Talkless of Policies. angry angry
Gahaka is well funded thou its from foreign sources due to the presence of chimpanzee ,Pan troglodyte vellorosus its endemic only to Nigeria ,and the part about poachers handling assault rifles its all down to our law makers to elevate the rangers to paramilitary status and arm them with assault rifles as well and allow them to engage enough with all the ambush tactics ...
Ps I don't practice my filed thou branched out to survive am an avid reader of any and everything wildlife guess old habits die hard...

Judging by their types of weapons, me think they are merely hunters going about their way of life. A bit of education, licensing and boundaries of where they can hunt will help... rather than holding them as scapegoats all the time, it’s unfair!
oh trust me they know hunting it's illegal in those sites no hunter of that age grade will feign innocence luck just ran out on them...

Poachers roaming nd killing Wildlife Freely.
I bet this was'nt their first campaign.

Nigeria National Parks are nothing to write home about.
Poor in all Ramifications.

Its not what you think i studied fisheries and wildlife management and the core issues with the management of the wildlife parks is staff strength ,take for instance where i did my SIWES. Gashaka gumpti national park serti Taraba state its the biggest in the county having a land mass of 6731 sq kilometers that's even bigger than some states and have a staff strength of 400 now that's not nearly enough to effectively police the boundaries of the park so poachers have a field day killing as they like luck runs out ...

This is far from airing minds. It has become a bashing thread for people who applaud her views by those who don't it. Its all about choice. For the fact, a woman prefers a partner and not a master is her choice.
My dad cooks even while my mum is home. She has never hand washed his clothes either. Before both retired my dad took care of all the expenses and mum ed by adding her money to the feeding allowance to get all the kinds of foods he likes to eat. Till date, my dad pumps water, cooks and when he is finished with his meal, clears the dishes to the kitchen if no one is close by, cleans sometimes and even goes shopping. He does all this while my mum is around. She either s him or gets busy doing something else.

yes I noticed the whole bashing part that's why I chose to reply your comment cos you didn't seem like you were taking sides I don't speak for everyone just myself id help if and when I can cos in my own home mum did all that and still lives with my dad even now that we've all moved out ...P.S don't take all the comments to hrt cos nobody can be like you 100℅ that's why the world is diverse look for like minds are relate with em ...

Protection and provision? So those that don't/ can't protect or provide are .....? It really cracks me up. if we are to go by this then no man should seek assistance from his wife/women in his life for financial assistance. He should carry the burden of providing and protecting alone. In Nigeria today, where an average family needs two or more sources of income to be comfortable, it is close to impossible. If the woman shares the burden of providing and protecting then the man should also share the burden of running. Someone can't have an opinion in peace. And to think we have more challenging problems to address in marriage, someone is busy asg domestic chores upandan.

P.S do you know that some certain tribes in Africa, Hausa's to be exert had female warrior queens as well as Asante of Ghana?
The Serer tribe in West African, the Ovambo people, Nubians were also ruled by women.
your referring to queen Amina of zazzu yes I know about her but help is different from role reversal now.I know women well to do with high paying jobs who still cook for their husbands and take care of their home cos they don't trust domestic helps before you hear stories like the man is screwing the maid ,like you said her opinion is hers we are just airing ours and rubbing minds...
