If you get confirmed after a year, it's no longer temporal but a permanent role and you get promoted to Associate level 2 role (same as GT) based on your performance for that one year

MY STORY
Heard about this process in Jan 2018 from a colleague who had done it and gotten his PPR. My searching self surfed the net that day and stumbled on this invaluable thread!

I immediately started evaluation of my degrees and hubby's.
Result for hubby was ready by March and mine came in around May where my ACCA's diploma in ing and business was evaluated as a one semester equivalent. I was sad and did not want to try using it so I won't be more disappointed, so decided to prepare for my f9 paper which was the only paper left in the requirements left for the advanced diploma.I ed in September 2018 and got my advanced diploma

While filling my EE profile I answered I had $13000CAD ( I still don’t know who sent me message) even when the required POF is $12669. I have a gift deed of about 3,750million from my father today. Problem: I have been using different exchange rates online and I have been getting different amounts (some higher than the POF I stated [13,000] while others are less than ) .

Can someone please suggest an acceptable exchange rate converter that I can use as evidence in my application. I plan on attaching a screenshot.

For your type of contract, you qualify.

The contract staff is mainly an issue with CEC applicants where there is your type of contract (which is eligible for EE) and the "independent contractor" contract (ineligibile). The latter is not common in Naija.

You have nothing to worry about. I know I have read on this thread about someone who used this, can't say the particular part.. The letter should state that you work on a full time basis and the actual company you are outsourced to.

Hello all! I just got my reference letter and it entailed the following details; I was a contract staff seconded to xyz company. I worked 40hours a week, my annual salary, department, end of employment, duties and responsibilities. I’m particularly concerned about the “contract staff” they mentioned. Please has anyone successfully applied with a contract staff reference letter?? There wasn’t any difference between myself and a permanent staff in of work but then I can’t explain that to IRCC.
