Yes, go ahead and submit your visa app. When the payment is done and school sends a recey, you can send to Ircc via webform. Please note on your sop you have commence payment and you will be ed the evidence in the course of your visa application processing.

Your is okay but who is your sponsor?
If your sponsor are either of your parents, you can those property docs but the sponsor isn't, please don't cos you are not the owner.

Yes you can add your business CAC but not the tax clearance and no it's not a red flag.

please i got LOA for may 2023 intake,i have booked for upfront medical and my appointment is 29th november
i want to submit my visa application so i want to know if its is wise to submit application when the first semester tuition has not been paid,my course is 1yr PGD
I have submitted Form A but i was told it will take 60days for the processing which will be by january ending.

i want to know if i can go ahead with the visa process,since the school did not ask for tuition deposit
and for the POF i want to submit my personal statement of which have 2m in naira and 3500usd and also my sponsor corporate statement which have about 15m balance,CAC cert and other landed property belonging to my sponsor.

i also have a ed business is it ok if i attched my CAC nad tax certificate too or will it raise a red flag since am working and my employer will give me introduction letter .

The reason: Economic ties

The officer who reviewed your application doesn’t believe your reported personal and economic circumstances. He or she thinks you lied about who you are in your application.

Your claim of additional income is disputed because you failed to provide any ing documentation.

However, why did you use a sponsor for a vacation trip when you are employed and had a secondary source of income of 1 million naira?

i have a ed business but i decieded not to present the CAC because i use my personal for my transactions,transactions has been consistent on the and it has a balance of about 2.8 and usd balance of 5,363dollar for the past 6months.i have been working for the past 9yrs which my employer stated on my reference letter, are they now telling me that i could not have saved upto that amount in my ,i have been travelling to turkey to buy goodsand sell whenever an on leave

my brother was the one to sponsor my trip and he wrote a letter of sponsorship, and i submitted all the necessary document needed from him,i even submitted family picture and land document as home ties
i only attach my statement to prove that even if they doubt that my sponsor couldnt sponsor me that i can pay for my trip. because i have seen someone they rejected because she used a sponsor and did not present her personal statement.

for me the reason for the denial is just uncalled for.

i just recieved a refuasal mail after i waited for 2 month
i used a sponsor and i ahve travelled to 3 countries
the reason for their refusal is still not clear to me

oanda.com on 09/10/2022). In of your application, you have provided an
employment letter, payslips and bank statements in your name. While I am satisfied
that you are employed and receive a salary, however, the bank statements show
deposits made into the which are in excess of your total claimed income.
You have not provided any details on your application as to the origin of these funds
and I am unable to determine this from the statement or the other evidence provided.
I am not satisfied that the funds held in your are under your exclusive
control. I am therefore not satisfied that you have provided an accurate reflection of
your financial circumstances in Nigeria as stated on your application.
 Additionally, I note a bank balance for number ending 5363, this shows a
balance in USD. However, as this is just a balance I cannot determine where these
funds originate. Therefore I cannot confirm that you have sufficient funds available for
your visit.
 You state that you earn 1,000,000.00 NGN (£2074.86) a year from another income.
However, with the information you have provided you have not demonstrated how or
that you are in receipt of these funds as stated on your application form. As such, I
am not satisfied that your personal circumstances are as stated by you which leads
me to doubt the credibility of the statements made in your application form and your
intentions for visiting the UK at this time.
 In light of all the above, this leads me to question this application, your intentions for
this stay and that your declared personal and economic circumstances are as you
portray in your country of residence. Consequently, I am not satisfied that only a
short visit is intended and you will leave the UK after this trip.
 From the information on your application form and the documents you have
submitted, I am not satisfied that you intend to leave the United Kingdom or that you
are genuinely seeking entry as a visitor. Your application is therefore refused
under paragraphs 4.2 (a) and (c) of Appendix V: Immigration Rules for Visitor

You should go for a course related to your work experience as this will show career progression.

Some suitable courses are Banking, Finance, Customer Service and Sales, Marketing, Business Analysis among others.

Another point is as those courses listed above show career progression, they also show academic progression at the same time as some of them are related to ing in which you already hold an HND.

dont bother paying from Access bank if its a college you are paying for and the minimum duration to process school fees in Access bank is 30days

I recently got refused based on personal assets and financial status and also based on Home ties. While awaiting my GCMS notes, I’m trying to re-strategize on my reapplication.

My first application, I used a third party as a sponsor. He’s actually a distant cousin and we don’t bear same surnames. He sent 10m into my and he had a closing bal of about 22m.

I didn’t pay fees , just stated that money for fees and living expenses was sent into my by my sponsor. I also didn’t show relationship between us both as we don’t have pictures together or anything to prove our relationship. I submitted his CAC, business invoice, land documents etc. My Question now is

1. Can I apply as self sponsored this time around and maybe use my mum as a co-sponsor?

2. If I apply as self sponsored, I don’t even know how to explain the 10m since I stated in my first application that my cousin sent it to me.

3. My mum is a State Government teacher, and I feel her salary is quite low to the funds in her and she doesn’t own a business either. So recently I started paying money monthly into her to show as salary inflow but I have only done it for two months and the statement of I need to submit should be at least 4months but time isn’t on my side. My program start date is September and if I miss this September, it’s still September 2023�� .

4. Between Access Bank and Zenith Bank, which will be faster for Form A processing?

N.B I intend paying full tuition before reapplying this time around.

When you say you have been working, is it in line with the proposed course?

If no, donot apply for a visa cos you will be denied based on PURPOSE OF VISIT.

The denial in 2019, as you said is justified if the reason for traveling isnt convincing enough

The second denial is obvious cos you did not show enough financial capacity to cater for the duration of your stay. Using a sponsor that is related to you is always advised as long as you can produce proof of relationship

Arrived in Kyiv on Monday, have been unable to come here due to activities, preparations for travel, and now settling down here. My experience at Boryspil airport on Monday convinces me even more that no agent can possibly guarantee you entry to Ukraine. There are various departments that seem to work independently of each other. The airport is a bit like embassy 2.0, they ask questions again and you get evaluated again on the spot. I assume you're here so you should know this. If I had paid 1500$ to any agent I wouldn't have afforded my travel. It's still cheaper to apply by yourself 5 times than to pay 1500$ to an agent that still can't guaranty entry. This is my own opinion, to each their own. Btw, I'm in Gatne if anyone would like to hangout
