Mynd44:

The police isn't the problem, Nigerians are the problem.

The initial quit notices were served in 2019. The tenants went to court and the court case started. The court finally ruled that POWA had the right to evict and demolish.

POWA applied for a demolition permit, it was issued and the tenants were served a 3-Month notice ending December 31st.

Then they were also served a 24-hour notice on December 30 to remind them.

As at midnight of 12am January 1, those tenants should have left as they didn't have any legal stance or any right to be there, POWA had gone through the needed steps too and so they can't be held liable.

Also note that those asking where the tenants should go, POWA has not been collecting rent since 2019 when the initial quit notices were served. They refused to make plans now this has happened.

People won't read this. Watch how it degenerates into the usual tribal war in 321...

5 months ago the tokunbo of the car was 4 - 4.5 million. Last year it was 3.5-7. 3 years ago, it was 2.5-2.8.
The thing is some dealers still seel the tokunbo between 4-5 million if you go deep into apapa.

So why yours at 4.2. If you see someone willing to pay 2.5-3 million l, I think it's a good deal.

Omo, 430 million.
This will conveniently buy 6 semi detached duplexes in Chevron, lekki

Or build 20 duplexes im abeokuta conveniently with change to buy 2018 e300 benz.

The things is when people see these cars outside do they really see the value? The other day, I was with some people and the 2023 bmw 7 series ed buy and most people didn't even notice that the car was worth 200 million

Tokunbo is between 2.8-3.5

The naija used for the same price of tokunbo. Why are we doing ourselves this way. Something you bought for 1.6 for the tokunbo price when naira was still ok.
