If you have a good command of English and read fast just do ielts academic computer delivered. I did with MOD at yaba. Booked on 11th dec, wrote 15th dec, results were online 17th, collected the results 18th dec. Its fast. But depends on you.

Maybe you try other schools ..... writing another WAEC because of Masters ission seems way too much trouble to go through when others schools wont require you to do so .... ielts is even better than writing a whole WAEC again

Depends on the school. If Waec is more than 4 years some schools ask for letter of language instruction from your University. I ended up wrtiting IELTS academic CD because the wahala from my uni in naija and UK was too much.
