Your case is quite similar to that of mine, 10 flats in my compound 5 flats upstairs then 5 flats down stairs, each flat with its own prepaid (10 meters) with extra (1) meter for pumping machine totalling (11) meters, we recharge 10k every 32 days.........now u i hope u understand.
