Good evening, I'm in the same situation, I've been going to bank now for almost 2 weeks. I had to delay printing out my bank statement because of the error so it won't affect me from getting CAS as there is disparity in my middle name, E being spelt as A. Bank haven't resolved it since and my pof has been matured since last week monday. Please I need advise.

Hello,

No,it won't affect your application, as long as the first and last name is correct you should be fine.
Middle names are just optional, plus you have the affidavit/newspaper publication ( which is not necessary in my opinion)

Going forward ensure your details are the same as it appears on your port

The day I went for my tb test, I heard them saying the test is not for below 10years, when booking and one is asked to select number of people going, will the person need to count the kids also or just include for him and his wife as 2 since the kids can'tcarry out the test?
