Hello Everyone,

For people that have gotten their visa through SA evisa, I have two questions:

1. Do you do biometrics after applying through SA Evisa for visitor visa.

2. I understand there is a payment issue going on with SA evisa website, does anybody know when it will start working?

I will appreciate any answers, suggestions or advice on these two questions.

Try to Save more money before applying ,according to your statement you want to spend 1500 pounds on this trip,this is half of your savings ,secondly you might not need a UK sponsor ,all you need is letter of invitation from your wife ,her port data page and immigration status ,utility or rental documents ,you may not need her employment details but her school ID card is fine ,also you can only state that you know someone else in the UK ( your sister ) best of luck and ensure you include marriage certificate and evidence of sufficient pictures with your spouse ,preferably family pictures ,before i forget to show your family tie include your house documents ,children birth certificate ,payslips ,bankstatement and reference letter from the bank and other evidence to show your financial circumstances in Nigeria ,u re free to dm me

I want to use my sister as partial sponsor as she wants to with £1000.

But I'm going to visit my wife(I can't use her as sponsor as she recently works above the allowed number of hours).

But my wife is the one inviting me and all.

I intend to spend £1500 total on the trip..that is, my sister £1000 and myself £500..

Then her payslip and all.

NB: I have 2 kids in Nigeria, I own properties, I work, and also a pastor in a church..

Please, is this feasible?

You see the bolded maybe the reason you got the visa. SA is gradually becoming something else, you need to read comments here. If you escape bank statement palaver, you may not be lucky on yellow fever . All the same, Congratulations.

I Guess as Much ,there are numerous Visa that are more powerful than SA visa .

Nope TB Test is not for Visiting Visa because on a Visit visa you can not spend longer than 6 months at a time even when u re granted 10 years visitng Visa

I arrived SA last week for my holiday, I used South African Airways, we took off at about 10:07PM and landed about 3:34AM. The immigration guys at night are very weird, they seem to beg Nigerians money, we should report to their immigration or boycut their airline.
Some Nigerians just wear gold and diamond and the immigration officer was saying his tired of stamping port that his been here since morning and it’s 4AM that we should wait till 7AM when the next shift of immigration officers… I don’t know because they feel Nigerians have money or they saw some boys dressing like Lil Baby.
But except that experience it has been a beautiful week here in Johannesburg, excellent weather and great city, flying to Cape Town next before heading back to Lagos.

You claim you earn 960k per month is this net or Gross pay and if you earn that much why is your savings between 2m -3m ,next question is do you have any family tie in nigeria married with kids or have any property aside working in the bank ,do you have other investment DM me

Yes you can apply for US visa from any country they have embassy.
I have applied for us visa from London while on UK visitor visa. Just be ready to answer extra questions on why you couldn't apply from country of your residence.
If you have money to spare, go on tourism in Mauritius.
Go to US embassy mauritius, you don't need visa to mauritius.
Just make your application straightforward.
Nobody dey that embassy, i schooled and lived there.
US visa on Nigerian port outside your place of residence is 40/60..

yes don’t make it seem like you are doing something out of the ordinary as plans change all the time. And don’t go and give unnecessary context to questions if not asked.
Q- How long are you in the UK for?
A- answer straight. 1 week or whatever
Only answer hotel question if you are asked.
And answer only what asked
Eg. I would be staying at the garden hotel… don’t start answering for few days or few months except if you are asked to show the reservation or how long or to explain.
Then be bold and say I have paid for a few days to try out their services etc as I explained and take it from there. Especially you who got your visa sometime in April or so and we are almost in June… so they know all the time plans change!!!!
Who is to say you did not read a bad review online about the hotel etc and are now wary of them bla bla bla … just have confidence

if you are first timer to the Uk i will Advice you stick to the information used on your documentation which is the hotel reserved ,majority of questions you will be asked is on
1.How long are you staying in the Uk
2 Do you have your return ticket and when are you returning

Hi folks,
My application was refused because the the officer didn't read their own information...I had filled in monthly salary at 350knaira monthly and they mistook this for 350k annually.

My bank statement was also purposely kept clear of noise as I ensured it was only showing the 350k paid monthly by my employer and the 100k I take out monthly for my bills( I make sure I take out the 100k in one go as well, to avoid clutter).

No other ins or out in the salary apart from salary in monthly and 100k out monthly, I left the residual valance every month in thr same ...so how they can then say the funds are unexplained is beyond me, as it states the company name that pays the money (same company I have identified as my employer on my application o)

They clearly had no issue with mu sponsor as my sister had written ans shown prove she'll pay my flight, accommodation and feeding...I have shown home ties with my kids, husband and work so these aspects are not an issue .

I am planning to reapply, as I believe this person reviewed in haste and didn't the information before them, my question is in my introduction letter do I address this as the first thing or write other aspect of the introduction before getting to this?
Ps: I did write a detailed introduction in my application, showed itinerary etc.
