This is nice, its rare to see hospitality thread on Nairaland. I know leisure and tourism sector is yet to be fully utilised in Nigeria due to power failure, security issues and embezzlement of funds by hotel managers.
Each time I look at our coastlines, I see millions of dollars wasting away. Also those empty mansions in Lagos, Abuja and some parts of Ogun state can be converted to money spinner and source of income to youths if proper management is applied.

@OP, I understand your frustration. I had similar a experience few years back, after the whole stress I was offered 20k... Sincerely I felt like slapping the HR manager, but on a second thought the location wasn't​ far from my house and I wasn't doing anything so I accepted the offer.
Long story short, I learnt a lot from them and that was instrumental to me getting a better offer few months later. Today, I am an authority in the industry and earning very well too by God's grace.

People still get jobs via Linkedin. Personally, I've been ed by recruiters through Linkedin asking me to send my CV to them, after going through my profile. I did an online interview with Diageo recently, after their HR asked for my CV on Linkedin.

Good for them, apparently no normal man would have taken any of them down the aisle.
