If you only rescheduled to new date without filling a new DS 160, then no changes.

But if you filled a new DS 16O,
to the appointment site, go to update profile , change the DS 160 confirmation number to the new one. Then go to the dashboard (home page) click on appointment confirmation and email the new interviews details to yourself or go ahead to reschedule.
