india is not only place estonia have their embassy, you can apply for their RP in country they have embassy but the closest here is Egypt. One lady travel to UK and apply for her own and from there enter estonia by train

Getting Estonia visa isnt diff if u are going for masters, u can apply through any schengen country or go to egypt, kenya, morrocco, SA, india etc But for first degree, u need to get ur residence permit b4 reaching there. Thats possible in india though.
