I have decided not to send any mail again.
The people responding to your paid mail can only escalate your case, and track your application status, they can not access your case to know the exact situation, and it is possible a decision has be made and they don't have the update, at least i got that from one of their correspondence with me.

everything including the TB cert, POF(Bank statement)and everything stated on the CAS, if she has study gap of more than 5years, you will need to evidence of what she has been doing since she graduated like Employment letter, NYSC cert, CAC etc.

Make use of assisted service, u will see Jan 20th upward date.. but its not easy doing walk in at ikeja

But with 20th upward, can I readjust back to Earlier Jan date? Resumption is 24th
