Massive congratulations.

I have recently gotten my COS but have yet to apply for my T2 visa because my company cannot provide me with enough hours to meet up with the salary requirement, meaning my annual salary will not be up to the required £25,600.

Will this affect me when I get to the ILR application? What do you advise, please?

Please can you state the requirement for the ILR application?

I need all the help from people who have gotten to that stage. Thank you.

Hello everyone, please is there any negative effect of printing my Bank statement today I mean dated today when I already submitted my visa application yesterday??
POF from 29th Oct to 26th Nov.
Visa application submitted on the 25th Nov.

Please will it negatively affect my application? Because I am not sure if there is any rule that says a Bank statement must be printed before an application is submitted. what I mean by printed is the date explained above.

Please help anyone!

@justwise ??

God is ever faithful..... Congratulations
Tolvin:
Visa Alert!!!

God has said that the rest of the year is the best of the year for me! It has been a tumultuous journey but I dare say that God has been ever faithful. I bless Him for giving me the strength and the will to hold on, take crazy steps of faith, and now and I’m here. Phil. 1:6 & Eph. 3:20 & daily thanksgiving has been my routine since Oct 1st.

Submitted new POF to the University in order to meet a Visa Compliance Check condition due to the visa refusal received in Aug – Oct 27th

POF Accepted by the University – Oct 29th

CAS issued – Nov 2nd

Visa Application – Nov 5th

Biometrics – Nov 9th

NSF Mail – Nov 12th

CAS Used Update – Nov 17th

Paid Email – Nov 19th

Application moved to VAC – Nov 22nd

Collection Mail – Nov 22nd

port received with Vignette – Nov 23rd

I will never forget when I received the last refusal on the 10th of August. I was devastated, depressed, and pressed down. It seemed over for me at the time but God said He was just getting started with me. A number of friends I’d made during my biometrics in July at the time traveled to the UK and this made me sadder because I felt left behind. Few of them stood with me and kept monitoring my progress, just to ensure that I didn’t give up and I am glad I didn’t. I dare say that GOD CAME THROUGH FOR ME!

University of Strathclyde, Glasgow here I come in Jesus name (Amen)!!!

Good morning team and God bless you all.

Please urgent question.

Firstly, what is the rate used by UKVI for exchange in of proof of funds. Black market rate of 750 or normal cbn of 580

Also: pls my fees is £14,100. I was given a £3000 scholarship which amount to £11,100. I have paid £7050 and the balance is £4050.

Should my proof of fund be on £9206 + £4050 = £13,256 , meaning ukvi acknowledges the balance of £4050 as my balance

Or it should be £9206 + the actual initial balance of the fees which is £7050 (excluding the discount).

PLEASE ASSIST

THANK YOU.

Your complete balance should be shown please. Don’t take out your discount yet.

The reason I'm asking is because I once got an ission in an Australian university, when I was filling the immigration questionnaire, I added that I have been denied visa to Australia before, my former workplace tried to get us to cover an event in Australia then, the school withdrew the application! I applied to another school informing them of the previous visa rejection, they offered me an ission and they said I have to pay the full tuition fee instead of the part fees that others were paying before they can proceed further, and I couldn't. I confided in some friends who live in Australia, and they blamed me for telling the school that the schools have no business with these, that I should have included them in my visa application when I was done with the school ission process and I was ready to apply for a visa, not the school questionnaire. I don't have any visa refusals from UK because I have never applied there but I'm worried if I include in the school's questionnaire they might discontinue my ission like the Australian school did years ago. I want to find out if there are others that have had visa refusals and the schools didn't withdraw their ission offers.
P.s the refusals were on my expired port not the current one I'm using.
CC : Help me out here bro @Justwise

I am filling my school questionnaire right now and I just clicked No to same question. School has no business knowing if they’ll end up judging you by that. However, when you get to visa stage, declare all the refusals. It doesn’t disqualify you from getting the visa. Honestly works in that aspect.

Hello guys, do I need to run the POF and use it for my daily business transactions, or I should just leave it totally?

Then if I don't run it, after 28 days, what details are going to be there to print out?...just wondering.

I believe you are to do your normal day to day activities including credit and debit. However, do not let the balance go below the required amount for even a day.

With regards to the Proof of Funds. I understand the money has to be in the for 28days and the end date of the statement must not exceed 31 days before you submit your visa application.

So My question is, can transactions be carried out in the said within this stipulated 28 days so long as it does not go below the required the amount

I believe YES. you can have transactions on it, be it debit or credit.

Please pchat me. Your officer or whoever initiated the process should know you now have enough funds in your . Call him if you have his number

Actually, I am new on this platform and I do not know how to pchat. also, I have been to the bank to confront my officer on that same Thursday but he doesn't seem to know his job coz he said there's nothing he can do. I have called the person that initiated the process, he ask that I call him back after the close of work tomorrow. Not sure how that will help.

Your request is currently at the last stage of the whole process. Once you add more funds to what you have and it's sufficient your transfer would be done immediately. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your response @Ofemmanutosure this actually happened on Thursday the 21st as I said, and I have immediately added more funds but nothing yet. Although I intend to wait two more days because my money has not been blocked by the bank as it was initially done on the first day I submitted my form.

Hello everyone, hope we are having a blissful Sunday.
Please I need advice on what to do about my Deposite payment that is being delayed by GTBank. I submitted my form A on the 5th of this month and on the 21st I received a call from my bank that it was returned due to insufficient balance which turned out to be a lie because I still have money in the . Now I have been told that the process will be fast-tracked but I don't know how many days to wait and the Branch does not know either.
Please can I withdraw my money and use UBA quickly since I have people who are said to have used UBA and got a telex copy within 3 days.
Has this happened to anyone here??
@justwise @babababy and everyone pleases what do I do here??

Dear Nairalanders,

Please your 2 cent is needed here ooo, I paid for a room all the way from Nigeria ,on reaching the place i realised that its inhabitable ,i looked for a hostel and paid. The landlord promised to give me back 2weeks rent till now ,its story for the gods, i don,t even know what to do in the matter self.

After 20 days in the hostel, a friend called that there is a place vacant for 2 bedroom, i was happy and paid for it cause i am expecting my family, I used the address of the place for their Visa Application only to find out that it is a Council House, i do not know what to do again. Their Interview is next week and i am so confused.
You are already in the Uk, why not confirm a place before sending your money to them. That would save you this stress.

The charges are too much. UBA only charges me about #12k for a 4k pounds deposit and It was really fast, 3days. i only need to open a savings with them that day and move the money there. My school also confirm after 3 days I got a debit alert from UBA.UBA is the best.

Hi Florixi, can I know the date you submitted this application??

I made a mistake while filling my date of birth for IOM medicals. I have already paid my deposit fee and have sent an email to IOM for them to correct the date of birth with my international port attached. I'm I safe? sad

Have you done the medicals already??
Or did this error occur while filling the online form??
If you haven’t gone for your chest X-ray yet, then no problems.
Let me know if this helps!
