Hello house I have a Bachelors of Engineering 5 years from Uniport. And also have a Bachelor's of Honours in Education 2 years ( Equivalent to level 7 Australia) from UK with initial teachers training and 45 days of teaching practice. Will I get a positive outcome fro AITSL.

My bachelors from UK was supposed to be 3 years but I had 1 year recognition of prior learning.

Someone please help analyse my case.

Hello house. Just an update on my 6 months pregnant cousin who I made enquires for PHD. Her visa was granted together with her husband and child. She came in to the UK on the 27th the exact start date of her visa no issues regarding her pregnancy at all.

compliment of the season guys. My cousin has her date of entry on the 27th December. She has booked the flight for 27th . But her school resumes 3rd of February. Hope she won’t have a problem at the point of entry.

please my cousin is doing her biometrics on Monday.her degree certificate and transcript,masters degree certificate and transcript are stated on her CAS. she has original of her bachelors degree certificate but has a scanned copy of transcript which has printed.
As for her UK masters degree she has both certificate n transcript original.
please will the photocopy of her bachelors transcript be a problem or will she be rejected visa based on that. shes a sponsored phd student. ill appreciate ur urgent advise

is reference letter from the bank a requirements for tier 4 visa application. if you already have a bank statement of required amount for 28days,stamped and signed .do you still need to get reference letter. will not providing one affect the success of your application

She’s booking a 2 bedroom accommodation with the university accommodation .
As at yesterday when I spoke with her she said she has extra 7,000 pounds added for the unborn baby. Is this ok.

Hello guys my cousin has a lil issue, she has been offered ission for Phd 4 years with full tuition waiver from the university. She did her masters also in the UK. The problem is that she is pregnant, her Phd doesn’t start till Feb 2020 she is considering going for visa by November. She intends to state she is pregnant on the visa form.shes going with her spouse and daughter and they have sufficient funds for maintenance and child care for the baby almost 2 years 12,000 pounds.
Is she good to go for tier 4 visa.Considering it’s a PhD for 4years

Word of advise stop sending her emails cuz ur beginning to pester her life. Phd application takes between 8-12 weeks to process . U should get your feed back btw July,August,September. Hope this helps.

Hello house, I applied for a visa in October for. A Phd and I was refused based on the interview. I applied for an review and it. Was not successful. Now the school has accepted to issue me another cas but it will be for September 2018 intake. I don’t mind though, but I want to know if I should use the super priority visa since there will be no interview and also I won’t have to be in suspense waiting for my visa.

What questions were you asked and where did u think u faulted. V in mind that most times super priority are interviewed.

Am going to the UK by Jan. But am still waiting for my visa.

Hi, you can only claim points from work experience that has been validated by the assessment body (in this case EA) The years of experience is boldly written on the outcome letter and that's the years of experience that you can claim in your application with DIBP.

Please o, I don't have tax certificate, just payslips and company reference letter + statement if need be. Is this sufficient to prove work experience. Has any1 in the house been sucessful both in assessment n visa without tax certificate.

Nigerian degrees do not qualify for the accredited qualification pathway (the accords). You will need to write CDR. the MSA booklet for more info and guide.

Do you have any work experience? You can use that to write the report and claim some years of experience OR use your IT, NYSC or final year project to write your report.

By way of introduction, Australia has a number of pathway to getting permanent resident status but the easiest is the skilled migration. The program was originally designed to address skill shortages in the country generally, so they came up with a system that attracts people who can meet the minimum requirements.

There are five visa subclass in the skilled migration pathway namely Subclass 189 (Independent), 190 (State sponsored), 489 (Regional/nominated provisional), 132 (Business Talent) and 188 (Business Innovation and investment, provisional).
