Old Portuguese Map.

Biafara don't consist of only the Ibo tribe. Its a combination of tribes which includes most of the south south and extends into Cameroon. Now we have to think outside the box here, The Europeans made these boundaries and not around tribal borders. Just because you see a dot or a river that says Biafrara on an old Portuguese map doesn't mean the settlement of the Arabia people don't extend westward beyond the borders of Nigeria.

On another note: The old Portuguese maps that people always refer to is total incorrect and can't be used as reference. the map was drawn with very little information. example, where is river Niger and river Benue? What is the river going across the desert etc.
