This is the right thing to do. Added to this should be a concerted effort to release Nnamdi Kalu so that everything returns to normal.

Even if you are Imam or Shekau brother, ipob won't have your time as long as you sit at home during sit at home day, you don't go about snitching and don't argue every where that buhari is the best thing to happen to Nigeria. Welcome to Abia State, no body have the time to attack you unjustly.

Sorry, overthinking caused it. It was by NYSC embarassed , from Kano state.

You are coming from Kano and you are complaining. In fact, we are the ones that suppose to be complaining. Imagine head slamming man from hishbah religion where they chop off one's hand for speaking to a woman is complaining of Abia in security scare. The only thing you should worry is our terrible bad roads and lack of federal government projects and presence. Shikena!

This can never ever happen in any Eastern State. How many non Igbos are in the East compare to the way the easterners flood other regions but still the blame others for their problems

Okezie Ipkeazu has been doing this without us making fuss about it.

Tor Tiv Appointed Chancellor Of Abia University

By
Opeyemi Kehinde

The paramount ruler of the Tiv people worldwide, Tor Tiv, Professor James Ayatse, has been appointed as Chancellor of the Abia State University, Uturu in Abia state.
Daily Trust gathered that in a letter which conveyed the appointment to the royal father, the Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, stated that his consideration for the position was in appreciation of the clout and exposure of Ayatse in the country.
In a statement signed by Special Assistant to Tor Tiv on Media, Freddie Adamgbe, he indicated that the Abia governor felicitated with the monarch on behalf of the people of his state, adding that the appointment took effect from December 1st, 2018.
Similarly, the statement noted that the Vice Chancellor of Abia State University, Prof Uche Ikonne, on behalf of the University Senate and indeed the entire university community expressed gratitude over the appointment.
It also emphasised that the university has reposed high confidence to benefit from Ayatse’s wealth of experience in university istration given his track records as Vice Chancellor Emeritus.
Prof Ikonne, according to the statement, disclosed that the governor and visitor to the university has approved January 19, 2019 for the 206th convocation ceremony of the institution which will start with the installation of the Tor Tiv as the new chancellor.
Responding to his appointment, the Tor Tiv expressed gratitude to the Almighty God and thanked the governor of Abia state and the university community for the recognition and honour.
Ayatse promised to use his wealth of experience and exposure in university istration as well as public service to positively affect the fortunes of the Abia institution as he added that the honour done him was to the entire Tiv populace and Benue state at large

Okezie Ipkeazu appointed a Yoruba man as a member of his cabinet. Make enquiries. We didn't make noise over it. Why all these noise over igbokwe's gutter job.

One thing that is very clear is that the Yoruba are the most accommodating tribe in Nigeria; no one can deny that. However, what have we got in return - hate and envy especially from the Igbos. The Hausa/Fulani are suspicious of the Youruba but they do not hate the Yoruba. The are also accommodating to the Yorubas.

The Edo/Isekiri/Urhoro are siblings to the Yorubas even though they have their own identity. The Efik/Ibibio are somewhat indifferent to the Yoruba but that is fine. The Igbos outright hate the Yoruba and it is time Yorubas become very conscious of this hatred.

Everyday they are castigating Tinubu, Fayemi and Osinbajo; and other potential Yoruba presidential candidates. The other day they were calling Yoruba women undesirable and dirty. All of them were hating on Peter Okoye for marrying a “dirty Yoruba woman” - a woman who is more educated and exposed than anyone in their generation. They insult the same Lagos where they live - why don't they just go back to Onitsha and Aba.

They insult anything Yoruba- from Anthony Joshua, Wizkid, Tiwa and everything Yoruba. These insults are not unnoticed. Yoruba will not forget and will surely retaliate!

You people make noise over nothing. Upon all the efforts of Joe igbokwe, all that Yoruba can reward him with is gutter worker. Okezie Ipkeazu appointed a Yoruba man, a benue man, an imo man as of his cabinet but we didn't make fuss about it.

You should first of all stop mentioning Ojukwu, Biafra is your country, who made Biafra your country, did your forefathers know the meaning of Eastern region, we have a problem yes but ignorance can't solve it,

Easten region was also created by the Colonialists so what are you saying who gave you Eastern Region if not same people that gave you Nigeria, I'm Igbo like Fvck so let's get to the root of this issue and stop wasting meaningful lives

Ojukwu gave us a good war so why would you prioritise war approach when it is real that your Biafra is a product of the Colonialists the only thing that happened here is a change of name and three years of war,

Listen to or read about the man Emeka Ojukwu and stop saying things, if you want solution you seek it,

Mehn! Damnit! I am trying so hard to comprehend all that you said but I can't help it! Your kind of argument is the type I hate to indulge in. You muddle up things. Try very well to be very articulated when arguing. I am done replying. Bye!

Ever since this two face marital war sprung up, I so love the way this pero of a lady have maintained her maturity even in the face of unwanted provocation. She may be innocent of all the allegations after all. It may be that innocentless idibia have found another hole and serious sowing a fertile seed that would soon germinate in America and Annie is here being paranoid about Pero. Truly, Pero you have exhibited so much maturity in this whole drama, very unlikely of Nigerian ladies.

Let me clear you on something, Nigeria is our country, what you are fighting is not Nigeria it was an allied force of Oduduwa and Arewa, Nigeria did not exist during the war because Midwest and East were part of Nigeria,

In Ojukwus voice, "if this issue resolves to factions" so we would take an olive branch from Nigeria, Nigeria is not the enemy, the enemy knows themselves and they had never believed in Nigeria they are only here becuase they need Nigeria or becuase they are scared of leaving they don't love Nigeria one bit so let Nigeria have a fair chance in the Refendum, let her redeem herself

If Biafrans insist that we must not give Nigeria a chance then what was the need for the war? Then we fought and died for nothing our fathers did not fight for Biafra they fought for Nigeria, because the dark force clouded Nigeria

My brother, I am trying very hard to be civil with you, especially with my choice of words. I am not in the habit of quoting repeatedly as I find it so boring. But your arguments are so twisted and mixed up, and elicits me to replying and somewhat provoking.
Now straight to the point; Nigeria is not my country in your context. Nigeria is artificial experiment of britains to form one country using independent nations of which Biafra 'my country is one'. Ever since this experiment was carried, peace eluded the nations used in the failed experiment. Ojukwu carried a thorough assessment of the experiment and found out that it was meaningless to those involved and only beneficial to the britains to keep hold and maintain ripping off the resources of her abnitio colonial territories. Nigeria is an by-extension of colonial Vis as Vis neo- colonialism.

You can't be asking for Refendum without trust and friendship and honour, it is better than to prepare for war

You mean trusting Nigerian government? As in; you are in of Biafra dream, you are in of refendum, and you have seen all the efforts successive governments have made to tramp and clamp down anything connected to Biafra and here you are talking about trusting Nigerian government and befriending her. Mehn, I tire 4u. Even clueless and incompetent buhari doesn't trust Nigeria.

No one would take away Biafra from us, IPOB is a peaceful organisation, I don't see why the Biafran ex soldiers would regret the olive branch, referendum is for friends, Let them collect the money and carry hold body first, these people could be elderly week and poor, Nigeria is not giving them any favour it just a hand of friendship the resources belongs to the people so let the Ex Biafrans collect,

I expect small package from Biafrans as well to these ex soldiers, we stand on Refendum and if we must part, it should be based on mutual understanding and friendship, no one pointed a gun at anyones head to Nigeria so it should be settled on the round table, you would let the Nigerians amend their ways even if it too late, that's the only way we can get a genuine Refendum and not a protest vote

Jettison this advice. This seeming good gesture sounds like a trap to get vital information and attack pro-biafra men. I will advice those concerned to avoid this evil bait of a pension and gratuity.

There is no way he is ahead of Sanwo olu or Udom.

Both of them are still below Umahi. This is because The amount each makes in federation allocation and igr per year, Ebonyi can't make it in 5years time, not to talk about the federal projects in these states whereas Ebonyi receives almost no federal projects.

No governor in Nigeria is worth celebrating.. they are all useless.. the only governor that deserves little celebration is sanwo olu but he still needs to do more

You were sounding a bit sensible until you mentioned sanwolu.
