It is only 20 staff that opted for voluntary retirement which they were paid 3 years salary. They were nt forced to retire ,they decided own their own to go#PEF. Everything other thing remain unchanged as far recruitment. Therefore ,everything is ok

I think they foresee something unfavorable, especially as regards to this PIA, will this PEF continue to be juicy as it is now after this PIA?

Thanks man. I appreciate. I was called last week Friday and asked to send my CV that same night. Though I wasn't outrightly told which organization it was, I suspect it's there (may be cos he once worked with them). He just told me if everything works out, he'll call me again to tell me how to go about documentation and all, Gods willing. Keeping finger crossed.

To clarify rumours going around about FCC interfering with this recruitment. It's just a false propaganda. FCC had already been given few slots prior to receiving recruitment approval.

Interview was suspended because of the various board projects behind this recruitment would just be completed by last quarter while the much-awaited project Train 7 ground-breaking was done today and work to start soon. I believe we wouldn't expect the board to recruit new-intakes and start paying salaries without productivity.

For the experience hire, kindly be active on LinkedIn as Saipem and other contractors have started recruiting for this project. Please keep your options open.
