In the history of Nigeria, which democratically elected leader has handed over a paralyzed Nation to the other democratically elected leader as Jonathan's government? Has there ever been such utter negligence to be recorded on the part of the outgoing incumbent President as it is with Jonathan? This is the first and worst of its kind and hopefully the last.
