I placed an order on AliExpress, bought a phone of about 355usd, and also bought accessories from a different store.
3weeks later the accessories arrived while the phone was stuck at "depart transit country" I kept asking the seller why it was stuck and they kept saying I should wait ah! It's over 1month now and tracking is still stuck there

So I decided to chat with AliExpress customer service but bot no gree direct me to human and then bot opened dispute on my behalf. Some days later AliExpress asked that I evidence and I ed screenshots of tracking information and the seller's messages.
Behold today I opened AliExpress only to find that they've closed the dispute and closed the order with this message I don't even understand 😭😭😭 I don't even know what to do, seller stopped responding, bot isn't saying anything sensible I'm being asked to evidence for appeal but I don't know what to again.
Please anyone that can help me, please do 😭😭😭 I worked hard for this money I don't want it to go just like that o😭😭😭😭
