I only use Astropay for now, but I'm considering switching to Skrill. Astropay exchange rate is very poor coupled with exorbitant withdrawal fees. I don't think there are better alternatives outside Astropay, Skrill/Neteller. I once deposited with a $ virtual card, withdrawing was very difficult.

Hi all, i sold some bitcoins to unknown person online and i never knew the transaction was done by someone he planned to scam. He actually scammed the person that sent the money to me and now the person has freeze my for my innocence. I’ve talked to the bank about the whole thing but they still can’t do anything about it even after many months of promises. I got to talk to the person that freeze my and he said i should pay him half of the money in which i still find it hard to pay because I can’t lose my money for nothing. I told the person that I can’t pay in what i never did. My has been there for months now. I want to know if there’s anyway i can close the or what will happen if it still remain unattended to? Help.
