Better don't move from frying pan to fire

There is an increased rate of people reporting sick especially in Rivers State. The symptom is that of malaria and people who just treated malaria just about two weeks ago are still down with symptoms of malaria.

Malaria treatment is usually 3days and then the patient begins to improve in health, but unfortunately, patients after completing medication are still either feeling very weak, having severe headache or other sundry symptoms.

Government has to act fast to identify the cause of this new ailment.

The JAC strike embarked by NASU and SSANU is not a contestation between JAC and ASUU. There is no need for the denigrating post by ASUU aimed at disparaging the strike action. I am alarmed at the tantrums thrown from each divide as to the relevance or irrelevance of one group or the other.

The educational institution is a system and must understand the functionality or otherwise of every part. The drafters of the workforce system for universities weren't blind when the different work layers were created. We must ourselves to increase our bargaining powers.

Until we realise that our common enemy in of welfare of is the government, we all will continue to demonize ourselves and beat about the bush in endless search of the solutions to our problems.
