What browser are you using? Is it from your mobile phone or a PC?

If it's from your mobile phone, I'd advise you change to desktop browser mode, so it will load all necessary interface for you. I had similar issue at first. Then I switched to desktop.

Then, go to manage beneficiaries, and add up all your employees, then click on SUBMIT when you've added all.

After I submitted, it's showing Employees Name N/A. And I put them when ing. The rest details are showing.

Salary rate is not a criteria to qualify. Just make sure you pay your employees and give a proof of payment. That's all.

If you have ed before with you BVN as the director even with another CAC it will not go.
I use another of my CAC they pop up that my details is already exit but when I use my 2nd signatory to the bank it went but BVN shows MISMATCHED while verified. Because I use the person as my staff in my previous application
