This morning, I awoke to a flood of unresolved questions which are urgent, unsettling, and long overdue about the problems bedeviling Nigeria.

These are not matters for spin doctors or political theatrics.

Nigeria is wounded, and silence is complicity. It’s time to confront the truths we’ve tried to bury.

Some of these problems and unanswered questions are listed below which are:

1. Chibok Girls: Brought Back or Forgotten?

What happened to the outcry? The #BringBackOurGirls campaign once stirred the world.

Today, it has faded into silence. How many girls have returned? How many are still missing?

Have we abandoned them because the spotlight has moved on?

2. The Curious Case of Sambo Dasuki

Once the face of high-level prosecution, former National Security Adviser Sambo Dasuki was granted bail to much fanfare.

But has he ever returned to face trial? In Nigeria, does bail simply mean evading justice indefinitely?

3. Who Funded Boko Haram?

Years ago, politicians vowed to expose those behind Boko Haram once in power.

17 years later, not a single financier has been named.

Where is the transparency? Where is the justice?

4. What Happened to...See more> https://thestreetjournal.org/unanswered-questions-problems-bedeviling-nigeria/
