All the governors, deputies and other politicians in the North and other states in the south it will affect should slash their salaries and allowances...

Stop complaining...

Tinubu should not rely only on taxation to make revenue for the government...

all the federal roads need to be repaired and tolled..

don't use taxation to stifle Nigeria's economy and don't ever devalue the naira again..

What are the factors put into consideration before coming to a conclusion that a state needs to have it own airport?

Pootle:
not all state need an airport an airstrip may sound better, ibadan have an airport already which is less than 30min drive to osogbo

Kaiser20:
Osun State doesn't need an Airport, a motor part is enough for the people naa.
Airport with only one flight per week,

slimjimmy:
Oshogbo is 1hr 30 mins away from Ibadan.
That cleared, osun state doesn't need an airport. How many people in sound state travels by air. Even Ibadan airport that was opened in 1982, has been dormant, with festus keyamo approving its international.

So, with wasted tax payers money, the government will start a project and not finish it.

With over 29 airports in Nigeria, only 6 are viable. Of which only 3 are international standards

So, why waste money building an airport that won't be viable economically and add more burden to FAAN and other aviation organizations?

After building, you will hand it over to the Federal parastatal that is already having problems with nonviable airports

Look at Ilorin, how many flights take off from there? Look at Ibadan too. Only Lagos and abuja seen to keep up the pace

RZArecta:
on paper ? Yes but in today's Nigerian reality, how far ? How many airports in Nigeria today are viable apart from Lagos, Abuja and maybe Port Harcourt and how developed are the surrounding communities ? My original complaint is about the noise pollution planes constitute but let's set that aside. Using Omagwa community that hosts the Ph international airport as an example, apart from access road, what fantastic development has the airport attracted in the last two or three decades ? Even the airport hotel there is in shambles and that's a major airport in Nigeria. The truth is that you don't need an airport to attract infrastructural development as long as different arms of government do their jobs of which monies have already been budgeted and disbursed already especially in the State and LGA cadre. Good roads and transportation services especially inter state buses and railways will go a very long way. I wish many nigerians will have the opportunity of travelling to Europe and Asia to see what's on ground so that this idea of worshipping bastárd politicians will be disposed of once and for all. Any airport project now by any state government either APC, PDP or LP is an avenue to loot the state Treasury to stupor and it won't benefit you or anyone in the state

Osun is the holy city of the Yoruba nation and Yoruba religion...

people who worship Yoruba Goddesses and Gods no longer have to spend countless hours on the road just to get to Osun...

Osun seriously needs an airport..

I won't jettison any thoughts. You people need to understand that figures mean nothing when the value of your currency isn't worth more than tissue papers. In the past, I could buy a tuber of yam for #100, but #2k cannot even buy a decent tuber of yam now. That paints the abysmal nature of today's Nigerian economy. There's a reason GDP and growth are measured in the USD; it shows everyone (both Nigerians and non-Nigerians) the true health of your economy.

Once again, figures mean nothing when a currency is worthless. Over 70% of that generated sum will go into paying salaries, pensions and compensation because it's just peanut. With or without corruption, Nigeria is not a rich country as politicians only steal the chicken change already budgeted. That's why Buhari and Tinubu keep borrowing to fix basic infrastructure.

You guys need to perish that thought that this country is rich. Your entire federal budget is less than a state budget in America. Nigeria needs creative minds to unlock all her untapped potential. If you like you learn, if you like, you keep arguing ignorantly.

Yam is not imported so that is due to the greed of the farmers, sellers e.t.c.. who visit the U:S often and want to impose U:S prices on Nigerians so that they can fund their abroad lifestyle..

Nigeria spends Naira not dollars..

Naira used to be close to the dollar but whyte people knew that a black country having a strong currency is bad for them so they use their institutions to tell Nigeria to devalue the currency if they want loans and also use Nigerian presidents to do other anti-Nigerian and anti-black policies..

If Nigeria budget is N40 trillion and N1 was equal to $8... you won't be making this comment..

No, it does not. Different people from different races have been arrested for offences as little as arguing about the way of life in UAE. The truth is in the UAE, there are so many unwritten rules that are not pronounced and you could be in jail by midday if a citizen does not like you at all. A Caucasian man and an Asian man were both sacked from their jobs and arrested for drinking alcohol.... so guy, this has nothing to do with being black. Not everything unfair that happens to the black man is racism!

Now i know who i'm dealing with, how can you say juju and money ritual shouldn't be discussed in the same vein? isn't it a means to an end? juju being the means and the supposed money ritual being the end? isn't one the means by which the other carried out ? it's just like telling xtians that fasting shouldn't be put in the same sentence with prayer, that the two are not relative. smh. "spiritual realm can only be visited through dreams or hypnosis...... blah blah" what are you really saying here? it's incoherent to the subject matter, just you turning the argument against yourself, "high IQ and spirituality" in the same sentence? what has IQ got to do with spirituality? somebody help!!!
Oga, just face front, look for a like minded person on this topic.

money ritual is killing someone and removing their organs in order to sell the organs... money rituals is organ trafficking and it has nothing to do with juju which is a style of music in Yoruba culture or can also mean vibe...

the a:rab and e:uropean religions are false religions and not meant to be taken serious by black people... fasting has nothing to do with prayer...

fasting means starving yourself and when you starve yourself you become weak... e:uropeans/A:merican encouraged fasting to make their slaves weak and prevent their slave from eating which means the slaves would not have energy to escape or fight back...

you need a high IQ to be able to understand the above sentence...

Make God just epp us

Cos with this table like this, we need to win ALL 6 games left. That is the big business ahead of this team. The terror of missing consecutive World Cups should be the starter motivation to go alllllll the way. Anybody that is showing any rubbish attitude, no matter how talented, should getat. NFf should do their part and stop the mental gymnastics and get the manager that can take this team to the world cup now.

We don't want a nobody handling the WCQ because they plan to get a foreign manager after the December AFCON. That would never work.

6Wins
No loss
And a compact defense
No excuses for mediocrity. Bring on the A-game and dust away that 'no minnows' excuse. Our mediocrity birthed that crappy punchline excuse.

Once again, the two managers that contributed to this debacle.. i no wan swear for them.

All these testing testing with Tanimu and Osho, Sadiq should be thrown out the window.

This is possible if we take on a superiority and classy mental approach like we did at the last AFCON, but even more clinical on both ends.

Yeah, i should lower expectations. But i will after the 7th game of the WCQ. Till then.

if SE is serious about WCQ.. then Sadiq, ihenacho must never ever be invited then Boniface must be given a seat belt on the bench, invite Dessers, Tolu Arokodare, Tella..

Defenders and players that don't track back like the defender that became un-interested and allowed the Rwanda player to score the 2nd goal should not be invited..

get all the players to track back once the SE loses possession... this is what Posiero did that made the SE reach the final.. He made the team defensive minded...

the SE cannot play attacking football if the attackers are shooting the ball aimlessly

ban media team from the camp and let the team train on keeping the ball in the opposition half and playing as a team...

let the coaches draw up tactics that focuses on team brilliance and not individual brilliance and that also focuses on ing the ball around instead of long balls from defense to attack...

what kind of playing is this? i guess you're one of those well to do kids, you were never allowed to explore the darkest places of life or take the liberty to, my advise is don't. it's dangerous, it's scary. but if you're the adventurous type, you may venture into that dimension of life, afterall, we only get to live once, and in life, what we know about the rules of life or how it works is microscopic to what we don't.

back to the matter, organ trafficking , money ritual, juju, whatever you decide to call it is up to you. all i know is that it isn't natural. there are guys that commands <afose> their clients to sell their belongings and send the proceeds down here in west africa. they carry this out on facetime without even concealing their identity. according to the guy, that fetish means cost as low as 70k then. but, there's a catch. in other words, it comes at a price, if you know what i mean.
juju is not the same as money rituals and organ trafficking and should never be in the same sentence with those two..

there is no such thing as the darkest places of life... and stop saying nonsense about guys commanding "af:ose" and other nonsense..

the spiritual realm can only be visited through dreams or hypnosis and can only be decoded and deciphered by people with very high IQ or by people who are aware of it...

everyone has visited the spiritual realm many times but they can't know because its usually in a dream and dreams are easily forgotten unless you write down what happened in the dream..

if you have any knowledge of the spiritual world then you will know its gatekeepers are snakes and eagles and they don't condone evil, wickedness and liars....e.t.c.

so stop saying nonsense... only a person who is ignorant of the spirit realm puts juju in the same sentence as money rituals and organ harvesting..

My advise for y'all is; No loose guard make them use you.

that is called bait...

it has nothing to do with money rituals..

whyte people are obssessed about destroying black people... so they use their agents to set a bait or trap for black people..

so they or their Ni:gerian partners send emails to black Africans that they have $2000000 as inheritance and they need your help and once you answer they give you a portion of it while building a case to arrest you for defrauding them and end up sentencing you to 14 to 25 years imprisonment..

just like Hus:hpu:ppy.. you will enjoy the money for some years but they will eventually arrest you...

there is nothing like money rituals.. what is called money rituals in Nigeria is in reality called organ trafficking...

Money rituals to me are pure fantasies. Though one cannot deny the existence of spiritual powers, the money ritual thing makes no sense.

To me, what I think is money rituals is; someone visiting a spiritualist to have himself cleansed against dirts, ill lucks, or some other misfortunes that are militating against their progress.
Many aren't at peace with their chi_their personal god. Such people are likely going to suffer until certain things are done to make things right.

The reasons behind our loss to Rwanda

Some of the players are playing together for the first time, especially the midfield players.

Poor interpretation of player strengths and roles
Deploying a flat midfield three that has FDB occupying the left side of the field. This is a tactical mistake borne out of a very poor interpretation of FDB's skills and how he wants to play. Midfielders plying a flat three are excellent in tackles and duels with good vision and nice distribution of plays.

Kelechi Iheanacho has not really clicked when occupying wider areas in attack. It is looking like a failed venture. It was tried at Sevilla to no avail until he was switched back to his conventional central position.

Poor player drills
Our interpretation of space, positioning and quick decision making, needs lots of work. Ekong's long es needs to be curtailed, Onyedika and Alhassan are good at long balls. Our long balls should come more from the midfield.

The defence should understand the importance of positional discipline, and allow the midfield to shoulder more of pushing the ball towards the more advanced areas of the midfield (Ekong should take note of this). The defenders should understand that their primary role is to defend.

The Amavubi have more mentality and urgency,
They showed no sense of inferiority, we were even little in their eyes. With all our exposure and transfermkt value, we fail to assert mental superiority. We need to understand that mentality is more powerful than skill.

very wrong..

some of the players are aging and when I say aging I mean those using a false age.. some players claiming 27 years old are actually 35 - 37 years old and they can't track back or defend effectively..

for the 2nd goal, the player that was meant to defend or intercept the cross to the Rwanda player that scored left the rwanda goalscorer alone and became lackadaisical, lazy and un-interested at that key moment..

all the Nigerian players that are not foreign born and are already 27 years old and above should not be invited any more or they should be benched for younger players.

then the Nigerian attack does not the ball often and play as a team once they get the ball close to the box or in the box they shoot aimlessly thereby losing possession to the opposition instead of at least causing a corner kick or ing the ball backwards to another player and keeping possession..

everytime the SE goes forward with the ball and get to the box they should learn to keep the ball in the opposition half for at least 5 minutes by just ing the ball to other players especially when the SE is leading instead of going for goal and not scoring...

if the SE was ranked as the region with the fastest growing economy in nigeria during regional govt then Ojukwu will not have started a civil war and ironsi will not have abolished regionalism...

be lying small small... shocked shocked

i:gbos have never ever been marginalised... they only cry marginalisation in states they are not indigenous to so that they can get government positions in those states that is also one of the reasons they are the only ones that want "State of Origin" removed from the constitution.

i:gbos are not marginalized.

the way Nigeria is structured, ethnic nations that control a state can never ever be relegated, i:gbos control at least 6 to 7 states in Nigeria, the states means indigenous government officials ( i:gbo officials ) will always receive funds.

if i:gbos were marginalized then that means since 1970 they have not received any allocation from the FG and they have never held any Federal Government political appointments, and never been governors, senators, local government chairmen in their own states.

Okay.

Sh:ell is an oil and gas company,

Ni:geria s Sh:ell to help Ni:geria repair and operate Ni:geria's own oil and gas company.. meaning Sh:ell will have to transfer knowledge and know-how to its Ni:gerian competition..

for example, its like Man City going to train and transfer knowledge to Man United on how Man United will beat Man City and become the EPL champions... that's what i mean by replacements... because once sh:ell transfers knowledge to the Ni:gerian oil and gas company then the Ni:gerian govt will not need to do business with sh:ell again but will now do business with the Ni:gerian oil and gas company..

however, we are talking about companies not football clubs but its similar because a foreign company is actually meant to transfer knowledge to its host country and train the host country's citizens but in Ni:geria that is not the case due to the type of contracts they sign with companies like sh:ell that overlooks knowledge transfer....

and sh:ell is a whyte owned company with colonial roots and whyte owned companies do not like training, empowering or hiring black people even though in Nigeria there are lots of Nigerians working there due to the fact that the oil is in Ni:geria's land...

Like bro, that statement in itself is just staggering! Like how is that even possible? Like where in the world is a football team state owned? can someone tell me? Can you imagine Bayern Munich being run by their State govt? This is why things don't work in this country because almost every sector is state owned. The fact that most Nigerians still don't understand the role and limitations of govt still blows my mind. Like there are some things that govt should do and there are some things they should stay away from.
Let me give you an example. During the OBJ istration, the govt told Shell to come help them run their refineries but Shell turned them down. They said NO! they don't want to work with the amateurs and the unqualified people the govt and I don't blame Shell for that. Can you imagine working with govt appointees who you didn't hire and who are not qualified? do you know how frustrating that could be? who is going to take the blame when things don't work out? Shell? the govt?
That's the same thing we are dealing with almost every aspect of life in Nigeria. Can you imagine a govt appointee running an oil refinery or a football club? Imagine how horribly run both organizations will be. Nigeria's problem is not only corruption but mismanagement and this one of the examples of mismanagement. Govt needs to learn to stay in there lane for goodness sakes.

It is the company a person works for that trains that person.. they ed Shell so that Shell will transfer knowledge to Nigerians but S:hell been an exploitative and colonial company did not agree.

Aramco is owned by the Saudi govt..

In Nigeria, the problem is people like you expect people that are not indigenes of the oil rich states to run the oil industry in those states effectively and thats impossible..

Don't expect northerners or Yorubas or whyte people to empower those states..
