This email suggests that the birth cert was issued in September 2023 and we are still in June.
Please look at the certificate well and see if there’s any error on date, if yes, go back to the hospital that issued it and request a new one then let the hospital give you a letter saying the error was from their end; get a court affidavit stating that it was a mistake from the hospital ( to quote the hospital on the affidavit). Attach the hospital letter, affidavit from court and the new certificate and send back to them.
These shouldn’t take you more than a day to sort out.

You can also do a write up on the date the certificate was issued and the date of birth and attach as a pdf doc with the certificate you want to send back to them.

In my write up, I will even let them know that eco must have overlooked some details.

Oga thats a mistake from the ECO...ignore that one.....Go and answer what they asked you based on the date u gave birth to your child and the date the certificate was issued ...
