For the past few years, I've heard a lot of positive things about Rwanda and I want to know how it is to live in Rwanda as a Nigeria.

I need such information on the infrastructure in Kigala eg. Transportation system. Power supply, water supply, internet speed, standard of living, cost of living, healthcare system, how easy it is to get residence permit and most especially, their generally perception on Nigerians and friendliness to strangers.

I'll appreciate any firsthand information from someone that's living there or has lived or visited there in recent times

My advice is simple. The parents rushing to pick up their kids from school, believing the military wants to inject their kids, should also enrol in the same school with their kids after all these drama.
