Does your referees have institutional email? If yes, then they are supposed to receive the mail immediately you submit. If No, then there's an option for emailed reference since the system cannot communicate with free mail addresses like gmail

Yes. It took about 8 months travelling to and fro Uniben. But there's goodnews. UNIBEN doesn't use ETX anymore.
