Dude, there are lots of IT training one can do without breaking banks. Have you heard of self taught programmers, ethical hackers etc? What circle of friends in US do you mingle with, seriously? There is a big difference between living in America and Nigeria even though I have not been there. In of a working system Nigeria can't be compared to America but becoming successful can be attained anywhere and has nothing to do with location. Nigeria is still a developing country

However if you can't wait you can easily employ the help of indie Nigerian android developers on the playstore!. Am sure they even won't charge you more than N5,000 -10,000 per app publishing.
