Ilelobola: Ofcourse Nigeria is not totally bad, But the poverty rate is very high and the chances of having a better life is very slim if not to be impossible. This guy that says his doing fine, can he point to another 10 people like him thats doing fine? NO Get this right, its better abroad and far different cus no matter what you will see something to do and get a living basic earning to live a simple life (this is for the lowest class), That guy staying in Nigeria that came from UK might be there cus his a professional and what about those that are not professional, anything ? Nothing The point is clear and we should know this for sure , Igi mu ji nan si ori |
![]() |
earTHMama: Se I lie ?, which home you meant cus am at home now (Europe), just have some of my family in the other apartment (Nigeria) |
![]() |
Na dem sabi, Europe is cool here. Too much of tanks and space machines are part of there shortage of money. Anyway, I dont see how Nigeria will be better even if US is declared state of emergency, It will still be far better than Nigeria in most cases of having basic living amenities. Its all rumor Nigerians are coming back to Nigeria, to Nigeria ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

KnowAll: Guy u get time for this people, its normal to see people with poor mentality. our president get headache, he go UK, if dem get any little problem dem go go Europe, yeye people dey talk say Nigeria better (they are living under the world, only on what they see on news). have they ever imagine why this politicians dey put their family for Europe ? or why they have investments and properties in Europe ?, dem sit down there dey talk nonsense. |

GoldCircle Guy no vex jare, I think some people just have to be clarified "Igi mu ji nan so ri" and this should be clear instead of trying to mix things up and saying words. Anyway its all for good in both ways, one love to all Nigerians no-matter where they live, we just all want something better. Yes Nigerians will always be Nigerians so 4sure they gat to come to there home-land if they are welcome or not (and who gives a Bleep anyway). |
![]() |
MrCrackles: Yes ooo, till Nigerians living in Nigeria stops complaining |
![]() |
KnowAll No mind them, whatever they say its ok, I dont see how it affects anybody anyway. Those that are illegal don't get better jobs due to no right to work so they get below the minimum wage salaries, But for those who have legal permits , they get paid even more than monthly salary a local government chairmen gets in Nigeria (except the money the chairmen steals). Some friends of mine in Scandinavia who are schooling free and gets a mini job of about 1200 Euros monthly, They only need to pay tax and accommodation fees and be left with about 800 Euros which is about 100.000 Naira. So what will you guys say, not better than yahoo yahoo ? after all they are making life possible for themselves and assisting their families in Nigeria instead of relying on the foolish bastard hopeless government in Nigeria. No yawa now, after all this money and degree, they will come back to Nigeria to campaign just as our forefathers have being doing. |

smooooooth: Brother, If you meant solving Nigeria's problem then you should know even those abroad are making more effort than Nigerians staying in Nigeria. I have made several comments and and introduced things in this forum but most have negative response, See you might not know for sure but seriously one just have to have something better and Nigeria as nothing to offer for its citizens , lets all be clear in this If you get a job means others will get ?, if you have a degree means others will have the opportunity to school ? , Nigeria is bleeped and we all see it, should people wait there and keep hoping ? most Nigerians there prefare yahoo yahoo cus it seems the best business to survive. having a better life in Nigeria is luck and only few have it, no chance of better luck and no hope in having one. Give me 2 opportunities Nigeria government have to offer its citizens, game_rod: Sure its very hard here, But get the clue, while its hard, you are making things gradually. Its just hard in making them but surely you will be having what you want, no doubt. Give me 2 things Nigeria government offers its citizens for a better life, ? |

game_rod: OK my brother, notin do u and no be fight at all. game_rod: OK my brother, notin do u, Whatever the ponmo be, the koko is to be useful either eatable or practical use. But I no see offence here, una just dey talk as if we dey fight. Anyway we be all Nigerians we just want the best things in life and some of us want is much faster instead of wasting time on the hopeless government we have. After all our politicians pikin dey here, u should have come to see the way they spend money here (I don't wanna mention names). so we dey spend some of the money with them here atleast, |

Moves: Home is where you will make it ![]() If Nigeria is so great as some people are saying, then why complaining and keep saying Ribadu this and Yar'dua that. Lets just it that Nigeria needs to be better cus its not in a good state at the moment, simple. |

game_rod: No be so my brother, I just got to make better money before I come Naija to start things, U know what i mean. If person get job self, how much be the yeye salary wey person go use everything buy petrol for car and generator or se na candle I go on for night ? Na wa for that Nigeria, in all case its terrible with nothing at all we gain from the government, NOTHINGGGGGGGGGGGGG |

Yes I heard Nigerians in America wants to go back to Nigeria and also trying to come to Europe but Europe is tight this days to enter even for Americans and am sure it will be hellfire from Africa coming to Europe. Who says Europe as problem? Its the exported goods like cars from European Union countries to USA that as a slow movement (they have already made arrangements to reduce the amount of car production) but the economy is perfectly stable in the European Union countries EU, I don't know about the other European countries. some people lost there jobs in only companies that exports goods to USA But generally here I don't even see anything wrong cus things are moving as normal. So who will leave here to go to Nigeria , for what ?, well maybe those in America. I believe those that are coming home from Europe to Nigeria just came as usual for Xmas. |

Nigerians, keep same attitude and don't even think of making a change, Instead rely on those who made there country good for their children.(if they didn't fight for it, how will it be better today). Anyway its normal to go abroad to work if the payment is better, But not going back home ? Thats bulshit and I don't know why people will wanna spend their life-time abroad instead of making a positive difference to their country since they have the chance. (why do we blame our leaders for selfishness since someone us are selfish also). I see most people rushing down here (Europe) and mostly Americans, well visa will be more hell to get this days mostly from Africa, I see eathmama atleast she is willing to go back to Nigeria to make her own positive contribution, This is all what we should all try to do so we can help and assist those that don't have the chance or opportunity of better life and it will also improve the economy in Nigeria. |

O-B-J: What you mean ? We all know those and who are mostly and popularly involve. |
![]() |
Sammy107_d: Thank you jare, I don't know why the some people's initiative is not bringing up the positive intellectual thought/ways of improvement rather they stick on the same issue and expect something to happen without them contributing. |

Eziachi: Oga o , Na wa o, So what are you saying ? That this is the way it should be for life and it will have no solution ? Nothing can be done ? We know Nigeria is bleeped up so doesn't it mean it cant be repaired ? Or don't u think it will get more damage if nothing is done ? Why are people just so scared or what kinda mentality is this ? I'm not accusing anybody but I just don't know why people are backing out and they still keep complaining bla bla bla. DOAMNE, |
![]() |
Encomium: Why are you angry ? saying Nigeria giant of Africa your foot ? When you yourself don't want to make it better instead of complaining and expecting someone to make it better for u. Are we not all humans ? I tire for Nigerians ooo |

Thank you so much Negro_Ntns , It is so clear and this is what people should understand, Nigeria is not getting better so what can we do to change the direction to make or create a better Nigeria if not immidiately but for future purpose. Yes the step we need is Leadership and Productivity which will be the main first step farward, I don't want to repeat so much from Negro_Ntns. So I would say as I have said before Nigerians youth or who so ever have to create a group/committee/organization/commission/society that will sit down and talk fully on the step forward, If we don't or come together then am afraid it might not work because we can't do it individually. This group/society/organization/commission/committee will also need to have foreign s like UN and European union to make all demands or request that is being made from government possible, So from their productivity and other necessary things for a better Nigeria will be made and done. So how can we create this ? How can we come together and form this ? Who and who is ready to unite//partake to make this happen or atleast to start from somewhere. |

Eziachi: First, age doesn't count in poverty or the situation Nigeria is in, Secondly I was not saying or forcing anyone to do anything. I am just making my points clear that we can do something about it, they are not God, You said am wasting my time if am to trying to stop politicians, Well yes I know I can't do it alone and every -1 counts in this situation since majority can endure the poverty and it to their children to continue (thats cool for them). It can happen and it will surely happen But I don't know when or how (either peacefully or war but I think war), It can't be possible some taking the money while other suffering to death. If this generation is useless and weak, am sure the next one wont be like us, Their is always possibilities and from my side , I believe its possible to make Nigeria better if we can stand together to say NO MORE !!! , But its so unfurtunate that most Nigerians choose to remain in it and still they are complaining, Well should I believe majority of Nigerians are destined to suffer, live in poverty and then die ? (don't even want a better live) |
![]() |
All depends on me and u as we are the Nigerians (citizens) So why dont we just make it like investment, we make a revolution today, we get a better Nigeria tomorrow . The solution lies in our hands but I dont understand why people to focus and talk on the issue of how we can make a better Nigeria instead of talking about what and who cursed it (cus we know what and who cursed it already), |
![]() |
princekevo: You said it, WHO BLOODY CARES? This as been and still the problem Nigeria is facing and probably will keep facing till God knows, We know the issue, we know the problem, we know where its from, we know the curse, we know who are behind the curse But its so unfortunate we are not doing anything, Guys their is no reason to insult each other cus that wont resolve anything, please understand that we are the ones in this mess. Whatever anybody thinks, as some says Nigeria is ok that its America or UK just saying nonsense about economical crisis. OK if we must agree to that , then how come poverty is still mounting in Nigeria and the corruption is getting worst day by day (Ribadu our crime fighter ran way with stolen money). Lets be frank to ourselfs, under any condition anyone says, more people are suffering and we don't see any sign of it getting better. We have resources for Nigerians to live better than USA and UK, so why are we in the list of countries like THAILAND not even INDIA. |
![]() |
We are giant cus of the resources, But we are the most stupid African citizens as far as I know. People will keep getting poor and more poverty will rise till generations since Nigerians are not ready or willing to do anything to make a better change for a better Nigeria tomorrow. |
![]() |
lucabrasi: First, Are you saying we have to wait for Nigerians to stop selling their votes ? which will take place 2011 or 2015 ? Before we can do something positive to make a change for a better Nigeria, do we have to wait till then, when we all know the curse and see the signs its not getting better , lucabrasi: And when will this happen next generation or 2050? Why is their so much poverty endurance in Nigerians? why cant we just do something since we know the main issue and know where the problems comes from, GREECE is doing the same thing THAILAND did, Greece is presently rioting and asking for their prime minister to step down all because he wants to create private universities and cus of the huge gap between rich and poor, means the money is not spreading to all the citizens, (which is the same thing in Nigeria But we dont do anything). |

Visa will be required for Nigerians coming to Singapore Mon, Nov 24, 2008 AsiaOne >Nigerian nationals will require visas to enter Singapore with effect from Dec 1, 2008. Holders of diplomatic, official and service ports issued by Nigeria will still not be required to apply for visas prior to entering Singapore. The changes to the visa requirements are part of the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority's on-going practice to ensure that they remain relevant and effective. http://travel.asiaone.com/Travel/News/Story/A1Story20081124-103031.html |

JustGood: We all know this is a silly thinking that will never work, Its better know were we stand and what we want than make just imaginations that we know deeply know its impossible. |
![]() |
lucabrasi: Means the solution lies in our hands, Yes this is also part of it but is this the step to take now ? Do we have to wait for the next election and vote on who we want while we know that whoever PDP or AC wants in power will still get there ? I dont 100% blame those who buy or sell vote, all is due to poverty and they dont seem to find a way out since know Nigerian is talking or helping the situation. I believe we all still have to come together to make a positive change, vote or no vote, sell or buy vote. It is all because of poverty, If things are good and everybody with good advantage of good life then am sure that wont happen in the first place. We have to eradicate poverty, only then will the little corrupted citizens stop their improper acts which is all cursed by the government. |

texazzpete: Nigeria youths grow up to know and see Nigeria is of know good, grow up to understand fraud is the way to survive, grow up to see corruption happening from every angle. To back it up , they see nothing is being done to the corrupters. This as being the popular and widely spread mentality of today's youth and I dont blame them cus all is due to the corruption that has been and still present in Nigeria government (both past and present leaders) and seeing that there is know hope for a better future for Nigeria and Nigerians. |
![]() |
banom: Can you say something better instead of just being silly, |
![]() |
JustGood: Well yes this is a good thing too but we also need to talk on the issue and how to resoilve Nigeria, we all know Nigeria needs to be change for good. So what are we waitting for when we know the " KOKORO TI O NJE FO" , we just need to unity to bring up a perfect solution to Nigeria. |
![]() |
bawomolo: You have said it all and just exactly what I said , So the fact we dont have a good governance (and no sign to be better in future), How can we come together to demand for a positive change ? |
