So you call 60fps slow motion? Lol. Performance wise they don't match up. Camera phones has lots of noise especially at night. Due to they have only a small lense you can interchange lenses on a camera. They are some tight shots you need to make and phone's can't give you that. Search from probe camera and lense. You can manual focus on a camera very far from your distance and have blurred background while your images are very sharp. Search of fujinon,. Now I know what I am saying but before I don't. Just cause I don't pictures after it doesn't make me ignorant.and to prove this ones too I'll also add pictures. Did you just day you won't notice except stability lol. Quality wise you won't even date at all. I don't know how someone will just wake up and say a smartphone is better than a camcorder

you know what I don't waste my data arguing and I don't want to derail this thread but I know for sure that most phones that come with powerful processors and cameras likewise can shoot higher fps at 4k and 1080p ...you might be right somehow due to the limitations a smartphone has but man make your argument straight, don't take an argument left and right to confuse people that are reading and you can't compare a phone with a very powerful high grade camera for shooting HD movies although performance wise they match up cos our eyes won't notice the difference in frame rates (execept in stability of course)

Phone's are evolving and getting better of course. But for now, you can't shoot even 500fps at 2k or 4k on smartphones. I stopped arguing him cause there was no need. He shot 7000 frames on what resolution? 720p. Can you play that on a high resolution tv. What if it's a movie that has to be aired on a cinema or air max?. I don't just have time to argue nonsense. Cameras shoot at 8k. And we are talking 4k. No matter how you scale it does the details will be so good. Some camcorder have very high focus strength. Ability to scale upto 100times zoom with a clarity of 8k or 4k resolution. Can shoot fps as low as 5fps or even 8fps. Talkless of color correction ability you can achieve with it on an editing software. Phone can only do 60fps at 4k. How will you achieve a perfect playback slow motion? I don't have time on argue nonsense like I said.

the phone I'm using currently is a 720p phone but can shoot at 1080p , the on board display of a phone has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the data (video) at which the camera sensor records and stores videos, it only means your display will scale down the video to 720p and not reject it because it's 1080p you'll only notice some lags when using a display of 320p or there about...use your head na lol, and most modern phone today now 4k, and don't tell me on board displays that come with DSLR cameras are 4k displays man do your research before arguing with someone online

Plus I have to say everything you said up there is TOTALLY INCORRECT, do you even know what frame rates in a video are? Also some smart phones already shoot at 4k now.. Google is your friend

The playback speed (0.5x, 1x, 10x etc) gives you granular control of the slow effect.

I gotta say your argument is very valid from start to end, the other guy that is arguing with you is lying about him doing something in cgi how can you be doing video editing and not know what frames are in video capturing mheeeen to which a vast knowledge of that is required in cgi cos you'll basically be editing compact frames in details so at to not make it look like a bad Photoshop effect (like our horrible Nigerian movies) and yeah our mobile phones are evolving to overpower the kit lenses that come with DSLR cameras, I'm pretty impressed with xaomi Sha and Google pixel, even iPhone 11 picture production is some quality shit all thanks to additional cameras that combine different aspects to produce quality pictures
