No one looks forward to the day when their marriage hits the rocks and they feel compelled to seek a divorce, but sometimes there's no other option left. If that's the case with you, these tips on how to handle a divorce will help you get through the legal process while protecting your best interests and those of your children. We’ll discuss how long it takes to get divorced, as well as some of the most common issues that arise during the dissolution process, such as property division and child custody arrangements. Knowing Your Rights Know what is at stake from a legal perspective. If you feel your partner has violated your rights (for example, if you think he or she has not been paying you enough child ), then it’s essential that you an attorney. Your family law attorney will be able to advise you about whether or not there are grounds for divorce in your state and whether or not it makes sense for you to pursue legal action. In many cases, couples who seek out legal counsel find they can work through their issues without having to go through with a divorce. However, if you do decide to file for divorce, your lawyer can help ensure that all of your interests are protected throughout the process. This means everything from making sure you receive alimony payments to securing custody of your children. It’s also important to know how property is divided during a divorce. Depending on where you live, marital property may be divided evenly between spouses, or unequally based on factors such as each spouse's contributions to acquiring assets during marriage and other circumstances unique to each case. Understanding The Divorce Process Although every divorce is different and no two attorneys will handle cases in exactly the same way, there are four primary components that make up most divorces. These are alimony (spousal ), child custody, child and division of assets. We’ll look at each in turn. Alimony can be paid as either spousal or maintenance, depending on whether it’s intended to allow one spouse to maintain his or her standard of living after a divorce. As part of your divorce settlement, you may receive ongoing payments from your ex-spouse for housing expenses or household help like childcare or cleaning services. Child custody refers to which parent is granted legal responsibility for child rearing and decision making in matters relating to education, health care and religion. Parents are also generally required to make financial contributions toward their children’s care until they reach adulthood (age 18 in most states). Child is an amount that must be paid by one parent (usually but not always the noncustodial parent) directly to another (usually but not always custodial) parent for their child's upbringing. Get Adequate Representation It's important for people involved in a divorce (or even considering getting divorced) to consult with an attorney. It's not enough just to decide you want out of your marriage and think that you can figure everything out on your own; you need an expert in family law who understands your goals, plans and concerns. To achieve these aims while navigating through divorce proceedings as smoothly as possible, it's important to hire legal counsel well-versed in family law. This is because there are many things to consider when going through a divorce, including dividing assets and property, determining child custody arrangements and working out spousal payments. When filing for divorce, it's also critical to make sure that any claims made by either party are truthful—especially when accusing one another of infidelity or abuse—because lying about these details could result in additional criminal charges. Check these out: 5 Reasons to Hire a Family Law Attorney https://skippertell.com/5-reasons-to-hire-a-family-law-attorney/ 7 Types of Lawyers You Should Consider for Your Case https://skippertell.com/7-types-of-lawyers-you-should-consider-for-your-case/ Set ground rules with your ex-spouse Before you start attacking your soon-to-be ex-spouse in court, you’ll want to establish some basic ground rules with them. Think about how long it will take for each of you to move out of your shared home; who will have access to any shared s or files; and whether either of you is likely to be tempted into spending too much time in your old marital home. It may also help to agree on a neutral location where both parties can meet to discuss important issues (such as finances) going forward. Even if you don’t see eye-to-eye on everything, getting these details worked out before starting divorce proceedings could save you lots of headaches down the road. Be Aware Of Filing Deadlines In many states, there are time limits for filing or responding to divorce papers. If you miss your deadline, it may be impossible or very difficult to pursue your case further. It’s important to consult with an attorney as soon as possible if you believe that your spouse is contemplating divorce and/or has already filed papers. (You can check court records online in most jurisdictions.) This way, you will know whether your spouse has been served with divorce papers, what steps he or she must take next, and when he or she must act by. Filing deadlines are also known as service of process deadlines; they typically fall between 20-30 days after a petition for dissolution of marriage is filed. Failure to comply could result in dismissal of your case entirely—so don’t miss out on any key dates! Finalize a Parenting Plan During divorce proceedings, parents (or their attorneys) will negotiate and draft a parenting plan (often called a custody agreement or time-sharing agreement). A parenting plan spells out exactly how much time each parent will spend with his or her children. If parents cannot agree on such issues as who pays for child care and when kids can travel out of state with whom, then they must appear in court before a judge decides these matters. Once finalized, a parenting plan is enforceable by law. This means that if one parent violates it—for example, by failing to return a child from an agreed-upon visit—the other parent may go back to court and ask that sanctions be imposed. Negotiate a Favorable Settlement Agreement When divorcing your spouse, you’ll want to start with an agreement as to how you will split your assets and settle custody of your children. You can find family law attorneys in your area who handle divorce by researching online (websites like Avvo provide profiles for divorce lawyers). You might also ask friends or colleagues for recommendations. Once you have several potential candidates, it’s time to get down to business. Schedule meetings with each attorney, and be sure to ask them about their experience handling divorce cases. This is important because not all legal professionals are familiar with family law—you want someone who has handled many divorces before so that they know what they’re doing. Follow Up on Agreements Made During Negotiations If you and your spouse have made certain agreements during negotiations, it’s important that both of you follow through on them. If, for example, you agreed to sell your home and split the proceeds with your spouse at a later date—but one of you decides to change his or her mind—it could trigger all sorts of legal issues and end up setting back negotiations. It’s important that both parties adhere to their agreements if they want to resolve their divorce in a timely manner. (You can read more about common used in negotiation here.) Withhold visitation rights from an abusive ex-spouse: Unfortunately, many parents who are going through a divorce will allow their emotions to get in the way of their judgment when it comes to dealing with an abusive ex-spouse. Even though there may be children involved, some people don’t realize that abuse isn’t limited to physical ; emotional abuse is just as harmful as physical abuse. Here are some creative techniques for thinking of a product or service. Ask your friends what frustrates them. A product or service profitable because it provides a solution for a problem or frustration that people are willing to pay to have alleviated. With that in mind, start by asking your friends what frustrates them. Founders get inspiration from their frustrations all the time. You want to get ahead of the curve. Read trend predictions for your industry or market, or check out universal trend forecasting publications like Trend Hunter and Springwise. Then ask yourself, If these predictions come true, which tools will be necessary? Will they help you achieve your goals to become a successful business owner today with no education or skill. Identify And Focus On A Growing Category Identifying and focusing on an already growing category is another great tip to become a successful business owner today with no education or skill. Once you identify a category you want to focus on, you now need to start building up your skills on that category. When identifying a category to focus on it is recommended that you pick a category that fascinates you but isn't overly competitive. You will have an easier time licensing your ideas if you focus on categories of products that are growing as well as receptive to open innovation. After you've picked a category, Key says you should study all the products in that category. What are each product's benefits, and how do they vary? What's their packaging and marketing strategy? What do reviewers say? What are the potential improvements? Once you've picked a product, consider questions like: What can be done to improve it? Can I add a new feature? What about a different material? Can I personalize it somehow? Fill An Underserved Demand You don't need to reinvent the wheel if there aren't enough wheels. Filling an undeserved demand is one way to become a successful business owner today with no education or skill. Now you will need to acquire knowledge on the necessary skills to fill in this undeserved demand. Many people start successful businesses after noticing a gap in the market. For example, perhaps you learn there's a shortage of high-quality sales outsourcing. Since you have experience in sales development and management at early-stage sales companies, you might decide to offer this service to tech start-ups. Make Something Better Or Cheaper Than What's Out There You don't always need to develop something brand-new. If you can offer an existing product at a lower price point, better quality, or ideally, both, you'll have plenty of customers. Better yet, there's clearly an existing demand. As you go about your day, make a list of everything you use. Then review the list for something you could improve. Other suggestions to help you become a successful business owner today with no education or skill; Network with other entrepreneurs: Use Meetup or Eventbrite to find events in the local startup community. Not only will networking with other entrepreneurs help you build valuable relationships, but it'll also give you lots of ideas. For some quick tips on how to network efficiently and meaningfully as an entrepreneur, check out our video guide here. Research patent applications: Patent applications are typically made public 18 months after they were filed. Although we don't recommend outright copying any inventions, browsing through these documents can give you a good sense of where a particular space is headed. Have a brainstorming session: If you need to get your creative juices flowing, invite three to five other entrepreneurial-minded people to a brainstorming session. Ask everyone to come prepared to discuss a certain product category or question, such as, "What's your favorite type of and why?" or "Do you use anything to accomplish the product? Why or why not?" The answers may lead to some great ideas. Validate Your Start-up Idea With Buyer Persona Research Great, you've got an idea. But don't quit your day job yet. Before you go all in, you need to know other people will actually want your product. (No, your friends and family don't count.) In order to safely gauge the viability of your product in the market, start by understanding your buyer persona, i.e. the real people you plan to sell to. If your product doesn't serve a need, they won't be interested, no matter how innovative or cool it is. That's why buyer persona and market research are so important. Once you've identified your ideal client, interviewing people who fit the bill should be an important component of your research. Show them a working demo of your product, ask what they like and what they don't, how much they'd pay for it, how often they'd use it, and so on. If you want to test the market's interest before building anything, build a landing page that describes your product or service. Ask people to submit their email addresses in exchange for early access; a free subscription, hip, or product; a discount, product updates, or some other compelling offer. Then promote the video on social, paid search, etc., and see how many visitors convert to s. Start With A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) An MVP is the simplest, most basic version of your tool or service possible. It's functional enough to satisfy early customers and get a sense of what you should improve. Let's say you want to build an app that will connect college students with virtual tutors. You might create a bare-bones version, manually invite 150 tutors you found online to , and then post the link to the app on the local university's Facebook page. If you get a decent number of s, that's a sign you should move forward. If you get barely any, you should either rethink the idea or start fresh. Starting small with an MVP keeps your costs low to start but allows room for growth as the product continues to be validated. Create A Business Plan A business plan is a formalized document that details your business goals and the steps you'll take to achieve them. This may include marketing strategy, budget, and financial projections and milestones. As an entrepreneur, your job is to set your company's mission, vision, and long-term and short-term goals. As you do this kind of strategic planning for your venture, the business plan is an output of your work and helps to guide the growth of your start-up. Continue To Iterate Based On Another great tip we will be discussing on how you can become a successful business owner today with no education or skill is, continue to iterate your products based on and demand. Keep in mind that your MVP will not likely be enough to stay competitive in the market categories you choose, especially if you have big dreams for your start-up. Now comes the cycle, generating interest and demand (marketing the product), securing customers (selling the product), gauging satisfaction, improving the product based on and repeat. Optimizing all parts of this flywheel generates the revenue needed to invest in product, and investing in product generates additional interest from. Satisfied customers creating word of mouth referrals, and More competitive offerings that attract new customers. Find A Co-founder Our final tip on how to become a successful business owner today with no education or skill is to find a co-founder, this could be difficult sometimes, because your co-founder has to be someone you trust. Conventional wisdom says you should look for a co-founder when starting a new business. There are three main advantages to having a co-founder. 1. It's easier to get funding. Whether or not multiple founders actually contribute to a company's success, many venture capitalist investors believe it does. They're reluctant to back solo founders. 2. You have emotional . Running a company is a stressful, exciting, and unique experience. If you're riding the emotional roller coaster by yourself, you won't have anyone to celebrate with during the ups or survive the downs. A co-founder understands exactly what you're going through and makes you feel less alone. 3. They can provide different skills, knowledge, and connections. Maybe you're great at selling, while your co-founder is more technical. You've got lots of connections, and they've actually started a business before. Picking a co-founder with a complimentary resume is an excellent way to boost your odds of success. But there are also drawbacks to having a co-founder. 1. There can be conflict. You and your partner will inevitably disagree. A little healthy disagreement is productive, but if you don't find a solution relatively quickly, you'll waste valuable time and energy. Plus, you might hurt your team's morale. 2. You'll have to split the equity. If you're the sole owner of your company, you start with 100% equity. As time goes on and you hire more people and/or receive funding, you'll distribute that equity but you'll likely be giving 0.005% to 35% to a single entity, depending on who they are. If you have a co-founder, you're automatically giving up 40-60% of your company in a single swoop. 3. Finding one can be difficult. It can be really hard to find someone with the same business ethics, work habits, and complementary personality. In addition, they need to believe in your vision, contribute the right skills, and have a desire to be your co-founder in the first place. That's a tall order. It's worth noting that there are plenty of examples of successful startups with single founders and unsuccessful ones that failed due to cofounder disputes. Make a decision based on your situation, not traditional advice. CONCLUSION The journey to entrepreneurship is a long one, but it can be so rewarding. You can become a successful business owner today with no education or skill if you go through this article properly and apply all we've discussed. Chelsea got their second win in as many games in the premier league in emphatic style. Ben Chilwell opened the scoring and assisted the second for Kurt Zouma in his maiden Chelsea EPL debut, with Jorginho scoring the other two from the penalty spot. We summarize each player's performance and rating as the match panned out. 1. Edouard Mendy Was hardly called into action as the visitors could only manage one shot on target throughout the match. Good ball distribution to Chiwell on more than one occasion. Made one vital interception in the box when called upon. Will be happy to get a clean sheet in his first premier league outing. 7/10 2. Cesar Azpilicueta The captain got a nod ahead of James in the right back slot. Was solid defensively and combined well with Hudson-Odoi in the attacking wing play. Kept Zaha from causing much problems for Chelsea. His combined presence with Silva helped instilled discipline and direction in Chelsea's play. 8/10 3. Thiago Silva The ex-PSG Skipper clearly improved from last weekend draw at West Bromwich Albion. Marshalled the defense very well and was precisive with his ball distribution around the defense zone. Showed great reading of the game and combined well with Zouma in the heart of defense. Was in the thick of the action for Chelsea's second penalty of the match. 7.5/10 4. Kurt Zouma The International was a physical presence as ever and delivered great understanding with Silva at the back. Made vital interceptions and clearances as well as dominating in aerial duels and set pieces in the box. Got on the score sheet for the second time this season from a fantastic cross from left-back, Chilwell. 8/10 5. Ben Chiwell The £50m man from Leicester City delivered a masterclass performance in his blues premier league debut. Was a constant threat going forward and linked up well with Werner on the left wing. His precise ing, dribbling, movement and running characterised the overall display that Chelsea have missed since the days of Ashley Cole. Perhaps, the advice he got from the former Chelsea left-back has being evidently utilized. Forced the opening goal from close range with a well timed shot and supplied a super corner-kick cross for the blues second. Deserving Man-of-the-match display. 9.5/10 6. Jorginho Was outstanding from start to finish. The Italian was on point with his accurate and perfectly timed distribution across the wings for Chelsea. Kept possession well and was a shinning cog in the midfield zone. Covered a lot of distance for his side without the ball as he made several close-downs and ball recoveries when Palace seemed to attack on the counter. Took both penalty goals well by sending the goalie the wrong directions each time. 9/10 7. Ngolo Kante Was an assured presence in the midfield. Together with Jorginho, they effectively dominated in the midfield battle. The 29-year old provided the necessary protection for the back four as he tracked back a lot of times with his tireless runnings and resilient man marking. Also contributed in the attacking play serving as an extra man on the wing outlet when Azpilicueta and Hudson-Odoi were stuck on the right. 8/10 8. Kai Havertz The £72 g from Bayer Leverkusen delivered a decent but assured performance even though he couldn't find the back of the net and yet to score in the premier league. The German was always surrounded by two or three Palace players whenever in possession. One swift counter attacking drive and a fine lay for Werner to place his tame effort at the goalie, showed what he is capable of when in free space and on the bounce. Loss a couple of possession unnecessarily and sluggishly, but did well to track back and help his teammates without the ball. Was a helpful presence as well in set pieces. Assisted the second penalty after being hacked down in the eighteen box. 7.5/10 See full story https://www.bluesoccerfc.com/2020/10/chelsea-4-0-crystal-palace-players.html

Tottenham Hotspurs welcomes their fellow London rivals, Chelsea at White Hart lane, in the fourth round of the Carabao cup competition at 6:45pm UK. Chelsea defeated Barnsley 6-0 in emphatic style at Stamford Bridge in the third round of the competition to seal a tie with Spurs in the fourth round. Tottenham were given the bye to progress to this round without having to kick a ball as their opponents in the third round, Leyton Orient were disqualified for having 17 players testing positive for COVID-19. Jose Mourinho's side also have another game on Thursday in the Europa league. Meaning they will need to rotate heavily with just one day rest from their Sunday's premier league encounter with Newcastle United. According to the former Chelsea coach, it's common sense to prioritize the Europa league as it's more lucrative than the Carabao cup. A criteria he would use to select the team to play against Chelsea, as the EFL left him no choice with the congested schedule. "I would like to fight for the Carabao but I don’t think I can." Mourinho said. "The group phase of the Europa gives us a certain amount of money that, for a club like us, is important." "Chelsea played on Saturday, they have Sunday and Monday. Then they play Tuesday and then they play again on the weekend. "So, with their fantastic squad, if their manager decides not to rotate, he can perfectly play with the players he wants." Chelsea boss, Frank Lampard will fancy the extra advantage over his former boss side by being able to select his best team for this encounter and more fresh legs to call upon. But he believes that whichever team Jose picks will still be able to cause problems for his side as they have some good players that are well rested for this game. “I know it is a busy time for Tottenham with the Europa League, it is a busy time for us all. They had a free midweek last week, we didn’t, but they have a busy week this week." Lampard said. “But when I analyse Tottenham and the squad that they have and what team they might have, and the players who didn’t play 90 minutes [against Newcastle], they have a fantastic squad. “I know that whatever team Jose puts out they will be very strong." New goalkeeper g, Edouard Mendy is set for his blues debut tonight having fully trained and whipped into shape since he ed. Ben Chilwell likewise will have the opportunity to get his first start in a Chelsea shirt as he looked sharp in training. But Frank Lampard has yet to reveal if both players will start for his side or be involved from the bench. "Mendy and Chilwell are in the squad for [today]," Lampard reported from Cobham. ‘They’re fit and we will see whether they start or not." Mendy is tipped as the ideal goalkeeper to sort out the blues awful goals conceding record in recent times with neither of Willy Caballero and Kepa Arrizabalaga able to stop the rot. Frank will want the Senegalese to swing into action as soon as possible with perhaps tonight's game, a decent opportunity, but is no mood to rush the former Rennes stopper. "The early signs and the interactions as a man and also on the training pitch have been very positive. He’s settled in very well in those few days and we’ve made him very welcome. "It’s competition, we know that. He’s a good goalkeeper, we know a lot about him, and we will see how we go." Lampard added. Also, their are still no chances of injury-recovered duo, Christian Pulisic and Hakim Ziyech featuring anytime soon as Frank does not want to risk his star players from recurring setbacks. "Ziyech and Pulisic are not far away. They are still in their recovery stage so it’s too early for them both." He said. Marcos Alonso is one player that will obviously will be left out of today's squad following his calamitous display in the first half against Premier league newcomers, West Bromwich Albion. The Spaniard was also said to have aggravated things further by choosing to continue the second half in the Chelsea team bus away from the rest squad after he was pulled up at half time. I know it's still too early to predict how the season is going to pan out, I just can't help but envisage which of Chelsea's current attacker will be instrumental for the blues come the end of the campaign. Chelsea meant business this season by recruiting top talents across Europe. Three from (Thiago Silva 36, Edouard Mendy 28 and Malang Sarr 21). Two from (Timo Werner 24 and Kai Havertz 21). One each from England (Ben Chiwell 23) and Netherland (Hakim Ziyech 27). With all these new talents added to the mix of a side that finished fourth in the league last season, Chelsea will only become more fearsome and too hot to handle if they all gel together for the greater cause. At least, we hope so. But in football history, we have seen players that have performed extremely well for their previous clubs, failed to replicate those feats in their new clubs. Chelsea in particular, have made expensive gs in the past with only somewhat numbers that had gone on to achieve big things and cement their legacy at Stamford Bridge. In recent times we have seen the likes of Hazard £32m, Diego Costa £35, Oscar £25m, Mata £23.5, £Willian £30, Matic £21, Kante £32, Fabregas £31, and co., come in their first season, performed to their very best and helped the club win a lot. But same cannot be said of Bakayoko £40m, Drinkwater £35, Emerson £27, Cuadrado £27, Morata £60 and more recently, Kepa £72m. With this in mind, it will be interesting to see how these new gs - Ziyech (attacker), Werner (attacker), Havertz (attacker), Silva (defender), Chiwell (defender) and Mendy (goalkeeper), perform for Chelsea in their debut season, whether they will flop or deliver the kind of performances that made them highly sought-after at their former clubs. But its the attacking area that we focus our analysis to see which of Chelsea's current forward will make the most impact this season; 1. Christian Pulisic Similar to new arrivals, the American signed for a whooping £58m and initially struggled to find his footing in the premier league. Later, he went on to score 10 goals (9 in the EPL) and contributed 5 assists in 19 appearances in all competition for Chelsea last season. His few appearances so far since ing the blues is as a result of his recurring hamstring problems that has being well documented across his playing days. Apparently, he has missed Chelsea's opening matches due to same injury concerns, leaving the blues boss to keep sweating on his fitness. Their is going to be strong competition in Chelsea's attacking department if all new and existing options are fit. Time will tell if the American can stay on his feet for that long judging by history. But one thing is sure, that if he can keep his fitness going for long spells, he can be consistent for Chelsea and reach double figures in the premier league for the first time. Verdict: 10 goals and 4 assists in his first season is a good return but he will need to up that tally in order to outshine his other attacking counterparts. The big question will be whether he can continue from where he stopped last season when he fully recovers. It will definitely take him some time to clear match rustiness, perhaps the competition for attacking places in the blues team may see him bring his super-sub Captain America-esque performances. 2. Hakim Ziyech The Moroccan is an exciting left wing attacker that performed consistently for his former side, Ajax. He is not your regular goalscorer compared to other Chelsea's arrivals as he has only reached double figure in goals for Ajax in only one since he ed them (2018/2019 - 19 goals). But it's his ability to set up his teammates that has made him a serious contender for Lampard first team when fully fit. He had an average of 13 assists per season in the last three seasons for his former club. He made 12 assists in just 21 appearances last season before the Dutch league was halted due to the pandemic. He had never failed to reach double figures in assists in his career since 2014-2015 season. Only in his first professional debut season (2013-2014), did he managed just 9 assists in 28 appearances at SC Heerenveen. He will surely be a mainstay in Frank Lampard's team, offering more experience at 27 years of age. Even, Lampard is in awe of the talented playmaker's super left foot as he said he can't wait to see more of his 'ridiculous' es, as was revealed by former Manchester United defender, Rio Ferdinand, in a close chat with the blues manager. Verdict: Ziyech will surely be the one to watch out for with his exquisite ing accuracy. He looked sharp in his first outing for the blues by setting up Chelsea's only goal in the 1-1 friendly draw against Brighton, before his eventual exit due to injury. Will definitely shine and slot in seamlessly with other attacking teammates. But like Pulisic, he will need some luck to keep injuries off his trail if he is going to make any significant impact this season. 3. Kai Havertz The £71m g from Bayer Leverkusen made his senior stint in the Bundesliga at a very young age of 17 years in 2016-2017 season, which he ed 4 goals and 5 assists in 15 appearances. His breakthrough season came during the 2018-2019 season at 18 years of age, where he scored 17 times and assisted 3 for his team. He scored 12 goals and assisted another 6 in 29 apps in last season before Chelsea came calling for his services. The 6' 2" attacking youngster is a promised wonder kid that Chelsea went all out to meet the heavy price fee on his head set by his former club. There is so much expectation on him to justify his talent and repay the investment for his current club. But it is obvious he will need some decent time to settle into his new club properly in order to find his footing. Frank Lampard has backed him to get his rhythm soon once he gains the necessary fitness and team bonding lacking from his play in earlier matches. His recent splurge of a hat-trick against Championship side, Barnsley is a huge relief from the pressure built by his earlier struggles and will help set the tone for a very bright future about to be unfolded at Stamford Bridge. Verdict: Havertz will not have it so easy in the premier league this season. There is more to learn and more hard work to put in. Physically, he needs to toughen up as English defenders will give him a run for his money in tights combats. Though, there is this aura about his play that you can sense that once he starts acclimatizing to the ruggedness of the EPL, he will be Chelsea's go-to man as the season unravels. Liverpool got the better of Chelsea at Stamford Bridge with two goals from Sadio Mane. The Senegalese Forward scored his first goal with a sublime directed header out of the reach of Kepa Arrizabalaga, towards the left top corner of the goalpost and the second from a mistake from the latter to slot home from close range. Chelsea were undone with a red card awarded to defender, Andreas Christensen in the closing minutes of the first half. Before then, the host were able to match the visitors toe to toe. But afterwards, it was onslaught after onslaught from Jurgen Klopp's men and just a matter of time before the inevitably first goal would come knocking. Then, Kepa made it all too easy for the Reds with a misplaced for the assist of the second goal. Jorginho was unlucky not to reduce the deficit by failing to convert from the penalty spot that new arrival, Timo Werner won for his team for the second time in consecutive games. Frank Lampard, after the match reacted towards Kepa's mistake in conjunction with the team's performance. He said that he was 'happier in many ways' than after he was against Brighton despite the painful defeat to bitter rivals, Liverpool, to make it four consecutive losses in the premier league suffered against the Reds, first time since 2012. He told BBC Sport: "[It was a] big mistake. Clear mistake and when you reflect on the half without the mistake and the penalty we draw the game 1-1. I’m actually happier in many ways than I was after Brighton on Monday." The blues manager also gave his opinion about the red card incident that hugely decimated the morale of his team's spirit. He argued whether it was the right call or not and thinks maybe on another day, the referee's 'first decision' of a yellow card would have stood. "Not definitely. They can be given or not. Once the yellow is the first decision, you feel it needs to be absolutely certain that it's a red to make that decision. I'm not sure it was. It was one I felt could be given or not." Lampard added. "My team talk at half time was let's be more confident on the ball lads but then the red card changes the whole team talk." Chelsea will leave to fight another day as this performance against the reigning Champions means that Frank Lampard probably needs more time to sort of his main team, when all his new recruits will be fully fit for action. There will be better times definitely in future for a side that possesses top talents such as of Christian Pulisic, Hakim Ziyech, Timo Werner, Kai Havertz, Thiago Silva and Ben Chiwell. There are no doubt this guys will be reckoned as a dangerous force to contend with once the blues boss finds a working system to accommodate all of them together. Pep Guardiola did it at Man city, Jurgen is doing it with Liverpool and Chelsea will hope Frank Lampard can do it for them too. Chelsea will host Liverpool in their second premier league match of the season at Stamford Bridge, in what would present a very stern test for Frank Lampard and his new look attacking team, with new boys, Timo Werner and Kai Ziyech expected to link up once again against Jurgen Klopp's side. Their previous game and first of the campaign saw them overcome a stubborn Brighton and Hove Albion 3-1 at their own perch, during which Werner and Havertz were both handed their first competitive debuts as Chelsea players. The latter was a shadow of himself and failed to impress, while the former showcased his blistering pace and deadly attacking instinct which helped set up the blues opener from the penalty spot. Chelsea have strengthened heavily by bringing in about six new players to enable Frank Lampard improve from last season's fourth place finish and challenge the table topping rivals, Liverpool and Man city clubs. This development is nothing new for the blues boss as he has experienced several coaches like Jose Mourinho and Ancelotti, spearheading a major transfer spree to eventually go on to challenge for the title, during his playing career. So he knows that the onus would be on him to find a way to incorporate the new gs to form a potent force that can challenge for major honors this season and beyond. Club owner, Roman Abramovich is not a patient person and will want to see results of his investment as soon as possible. So far, out of the six players that have ed the blues squad from the transfer window, only two are in contention for the Liverpool game, while the others are likely to miss out of action due to several reasons. According to Lampard, Hakim Ziyech is still recovering from a knee twist suffered against Brighton and will miss another opportunity to his first competitive action for his new club. Ben Chiwell and Thiago Silva have started training with their new teammates, but they will still need some more time to attain proper fitness, as the blues manager says the game 'has come too soon for them'. Christian Pulisic, will miss out due to persisting hamstring problem. The American was an impressive cameo against the Reds in their last 5-3 encounter at Anfield and a key performer for the blues in recent times. Lampard will hope the 21-year old will shake off his injury challenges soon and return to form the perfect combination with his other talented attacking arrivals. The game against Liverpool will serve as a checker to determine how well equipped Lampard and his team are in comparison with the reigning EPL champions. With one of the most prolific finishers in Timo Werner - 95 goals in 159 apps for former club, Leipzig and £72m former Bayer Leverkusen best player at a very young age, 21, Kai Havertz, it will be exciting to see how both players measure up against one of the best teams in Europe. But in reality, there shouldn't be much expectation from the blues new attacking shape. This two guys in particular will definitely need some time to strike a proper understanding between themselves. Judging by Havertz poor display last match, he will be better off coming from the bench so as to build his confidence and knock off some pressure from the heavy price tag hovering over him. Timo Werner on the other hand, has seems to taken the premier league like a duck takes to water. Maybe this might be as a result of having to arrive weeks before the league started and therefore, trained a lot more with the other guys. He appears to be more settled off the pitch - by the assistance of fellow countryman, Antonio Rudiger. It took the deadly attacker 4 minutes to score his first goal for Chelsea in the 1-1 friendly draw against premier league opponents Brighton. And against same opponents in his EPL debut, he didn't find the net unfortunately enough but assisted in winning the penalty for the first goal in the 3-1 victory. Chelsea will hope the German can cause similar problems against Jurgen Klopp's nervy defense that shipped in three goals in their first game with Championship newly promoted side, Leeds United. Liverpool center pairing of Van Dyke and Gomez will have a hard time containing the fast attacker known as 'Turbo Timo' for his insane pace, when both teams lock horns at the Bridge. But it's the visitors who will look to cause more problems for the host if recent history is anything to go by. The Reds are a more balanced and stronger side with top and consistent performers across the team. Mane, Salah, Firmino, and Arnold especially, have caused problems for the blues in previous encounters. Former Chelsea player Salah, in particular, will be the one to put a leash on. He scored a hat trick in previous game in which they won 4-3 against Leeds. He is very devastating with his pace and tricky runs in wide areas and dangerous in the 18-yard box. If the Chelsea defense can find a way in subduing the efficiency of the Egyptian, as well as Senegalese International, Mane, they will have nullify the visitors' most potent threats. Key Stats 1. In the 56 times Chelsea and Liverpool have met in the premier league, Chelsea won 20 and lost 22, with 14 of those wins coming at Stamford Bridge. 2. Chelsea have lost their previous three(3) matches in a row against Liverpool in the EPL. If they lose again against the Reds this evening, they will match the record in November 2010 to May 2012, during which they lost four(4) times in a row. 3. Chelsea have never lost in 13 occasions they faced the league title winners from the previous season. They won 6 and drew 7, winning on each of the last three meetings. Only Liverpool have come out more victorious(22) against teams defending their titles than Chelsea(15) - level with ManUtd. 4. In their previous encounters, Liverpool have outscored Chelsea by a difference of two(2) goals. Liverpool 71, Chelsea 69. 5. Timo Werner ed for 50% of Chelsea's shot against Brighton, with only one finding the target. 6. No defender in the premier league since 2018-2019 season, had made more errors leading to goal than Liverpool's Van Dijk(3). Chelsea is sweating over the fitness of new arrivals, Ben Chiwell, Hakim Ziyech and co. ahead of the crunch Liverpool challenge at the Bridge. The blues were without several key new gs in their 3-1 victory against premier league opponents, Brighton last Sunday night. Ben Chiwell had been training away from the rest squad after ing from Leicester City. Hakim Ziyech suffered a knee problem in his first outing for the blues during the 1-1 friendly against Brighton. Thiago Silva ed from Ligue one side, Paris Saint German and has started training with the rest squad. Meanwhile, Christian Pulisic is yet to recover from his hamstring injury and still need some time to regain full fitness. There is hope of a start for Ben Chiwell on Sunday. The former foxes man will assume the left-back spot from current occupier, Marcos Alonso and will continue to do so in subsequent times if his former club's form is anything to go by. Thiago Silva has linked up and starting to gel with his new teammates. The Brazilian will find competition in the blues defense reaguard, with Christensen, Zouma and Rudiger all scrambling for first team slots. He might make the bench as Frank Lampard will likely continue the partnership of Christensen and Zouma at the heart of defense. Hakim Ziyech and Christian Pulisic are still niggling with their individual injuries and will need some time to get back to full gear. They will miss the game against the Reds but likely to be available soon. Continue reading https://www.bluesoccerfc.com/2020/09/injury-update-new-boys-ziyech-chiwell.html

Chelsea were able to overcome the Seagulls in their Amex Stadium in a hard-fought victory, with goals from Jorginho, James and Zouma enough to give the blues the much needed three points on the night, to shruff off any potential criticism for a club that had spent heavily in this summer transfer window. We round up the players individual performance and ratings in the game. 1. Arrizabalaga The goalkeeper didn't do much to justify his claim of the Number one spot amidst talks of an incoming rivalry, Edouard Mendy from Rennes. Was shaky in dealing with set pieces from the host. Made some decent saves but it is the manner in which he conceded the Seagull's only goal that would have drawn a lot of criticism from fans. They would believe he could have done better and maybe a clean sheet would have given him the nod for his stake. 4/10 2. Marcos Alonso The Spaniard put in an average performance in the left-back spot ahead of injured new arrival, Ben Chiwell. Found himself easily beaten and got past in many occasions by former Chelsea prodigy, Lamptey. Couldn't get forward enough as he would have wanted but found himself pegged back most times by the pacy diminutive right-back. 5/10 3. Reece James Got a nod ahead of Club Captain Azpilicueta, and justified his inclusion with a positive display that would have earned him more first-team starts. Was on the right spot to send the visitors back on top with a thunderous drive from 25-yards, just three minutes after the host leveled the scoreline. Was later drafted to the center midfield alongside Kante when Jorginho was substituted for a minor knock, and he didn't put a foot wrong. Assisted the blues third goal from a corner kick. A deserving man of the match display. 9/10 4. Andreas Christensen Was resolute at the back with his assured composure on the ball. Made some important tackles and cleared his line very well. Looked strong in the challenge and timed his run on the ball perfectly. Showed more improvement from last season with Lampard preferring him to Antonio Rudiger in defense. 7/10 5. Kurt Zouma The International alongside Christensen marshalled the defence properly on the night and was up for all the aerial challenges thrown at him. The 25-year old in particular stamped his physical presence and was always on hand to disrupt the opposition's attacking play with his quick runs and interceptions. Couldn't do anything to stop the host from scoring their only goal but scored a goal of his own with his shot finding the net after taking a deflection off a Brighton's defender. 7.5/10 6. Jorginho Was given the captain armband ahead of the benched Azpilicueta and showed good leadership skills during the game. He struggled to control the tempo of the game in the opening phase with some mistimed es as the host dominated proceedings. Grew into the match later and got more forward and involved in some quick attacking plays from the blues. His pres the field resulted in the opposition's loose play that led to the penalty. Took the penalty with aplomb style as usual and gave the blues their first lead. 7.5/10 7. Ngolo Kante The 29- year old showed against Brighton what he does best when fully fit as he played in a more deeper role alongside Jorginho, with Mount deployed further upwards. He put in a tireless effort throughout the match with perfectly timed tackles and interceptions. Was poor at times with his distribution in the first half, but like his compatriot, grew stronger into the match and helped the blues keep the opponents in check from midfield. Look his usual old self and seemed to have gotten back his swagger. 8/10 Read full story here => https://www.bluesoccerfc.com/2020/09/brighton-1-3-chelsea-individual.html

Frank Lampard is optimistic for the new premier league season as he has a great bunch of attacking options to choose from, with new gs Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech and Kai Havertz tipped for greater things at Stamford Bridge. Also, there are young guns who have impressed from last season and help Lampard accomplish a fourth spot finish in the league, despite not having to bring in players of his own choice. This summer he was able to bring in more than six players to add to his existing squad depth so as to better last season's achievement, though he still believes the young boys who has performed very well for the club will still be in his plans while informing them of the competition expected in a big club like Chelsea. “It certainly won't be stepping on the toes of the younger players. I think what the younger players did last season was show their quality. It's normal as a younger player, you have different challenges and different steps on the ladder." He told BBC Radio 5 Live. “Step one, get in the team and do well, get a lot of praise. Step two if you're at a club like Chelsea is that you're going to get competition year-on-year, and can you react to that and it be a positive reaction? I'm not concerned about the young players, they're going to be a big part of our plans. “The ones that were there last year will definitely be involved. The one thing I definitely felt as manager was that when I couldn't bring players in, I couldn't make changes in how I wanted us to play in of personnel. “It always helps when you're fresh and you're new that you can bring in some players and say, 'This is the way I want to go'. So, I feel like I will have more options now to move forward.” While Frank Lampard will have the luxury of so many young and fresh legs to carry on his mantle of goals contribution from the midfield, he is aware of the balance in the defensive midfield phase that only one man, Ngolo Kante can offer superbly. The International struggled last season due to accumulation of fatigue and injury crisis, as Lampard pointed out in his press briefing. But he is fit now and the blues will hugely depend on his breaking-up-plays and tireless closing-downs in the midfield arena when other compatriots as Kai Havertz, Mount and Ziyech may be caught out in the attacking third.... bestower:Exactly, in that time he made expensive gs with Van Dyke, the most expensive defender then, before ManUtd's Maguire, and Allison another record expensive goalkeeper before Chelsea's Kepa Arrizabalaga. Not forgetting he brought in also Salah, Mane, and some other fringe players like Origi, Shaqiri, Chamberlain, that are yet to get into the first team. |

Chelsea will take on Brighton at the Amex Stadium in a week time to kick-start their premier league campaign. The blues were able to bring in several players during this summer window transfer whilst clearing up dead wood, with more players expected to leave and probably one or two more businesses before the transfer window closes. Chelsea were somewhat rocked with injury crisis throughout last season as the likes of Ngolo Kante, Mateo Kovacic, Christian Pulisic, Loftus Cheek, Hudson-Odoi, Billy Gilmour, and Azpilicueta, took turns on the sidelines. As it stands, there are several key players sweating on their fitness in time for the blues first game of the 2020-2021 EPL season, including new gs, Ben Chiwell and Hakim Ziyech. We take a look at the players likely to miss out or be fit in time for the blues first game of the season. Ben Chiwell Embed from Getty Images The former Leicester City left back signed for the blues in a $50m deal despite already nurturing a heel problem from last season. The 23- year old seems to have recovered as is seen training alone at the Cobham's facility. But it could take some time to fully get into fitness enough to make his debut in the blue's left back position. No way he's going to make the bench late alone a starting position for the game at Brighton. Reece James Earmarked as the blues future replacement for the aging Azpilicueta, the 20-year old impressed last season and is expected to be very instrumental in the right back position in subsequent times. Despite having trained with the first team, he sustained a little knock with the England's Under-21 setup. Likely to recover in time for the game. Hakim Ziyech The Morrocan showed glimpses of his talent during the friendly game against same premier league opponents. His sublime cross helped set up the for Timo Werner to score his first goal for Chelsea. The new g from Deutch side, Ajax, later sustained a knee twist in the game, though Frank Lampard assured fans it wasn't anything serious. Likely to miss the game and wait for another time for his EPL debut. See full story; https://www.bluesoccerfc.com/2020/09/ben-chiwell-ziyech-pulisic-james-injury.html

The Liverpool boss was quick to downplay the futuristic impact of Chelsea's huge summer transfer business of recruiting a high six number of quality players to Stamford Bridge. Instead, he pivoted his assessment on the short term basis about having the advantage of an already familiarized and cohesive winning team in his possession. “That can be an advantage, of course, but that means they have to fit together pretty quickly as well. It’s not only about bringing quality in." According to Jurgen Klopp. “You cannot bring in the 11 best players in the world and just hope a week later they play the best football they ever will play. “It’s about working together on the training ground. That will probably be an advantage for us. We’ve worked quite a while with each other, but I know people don’t want to hear that." Obviously, he knows Chelsea are building an explosive team that can be very competitive both in England and Europe at large, if not this season but definitely in the next seasons to come. As it stands, Liverpool will still be the team to beat this season as the players have played together a lot in the past three seasons and have a well balanced, drilled and organized system with their top players - Sadio Mane (28 yr), Mohamed Salah (28 yr), Virgil van Dyke (29 yr), Roberto Firmino (28 yr)..... already at their peak. See the list of Liverpool first team crucial player's ages below; Sadio Mane - 28 Mohamed Salah - 28 Roberto Firmino - 28 Jordan Henderson - 30 G. Wijnaldum - 29 Fabinho - 26 N. Keita - 25 J. Matip - 29 A. Oxlade Chamberlain - 27 J. Milner - 35 A. Robertson - 26 Joe Gomez - 23 V. Dyke - 29 T. Alexander-Arnold - 21 Alisson -27 Apart from T. Alexander-Arnold, 21 and Jordan Gomez, 23, the rest bunch are almost approaching or at the peak of their careers. Meaning that, the spine of this Liverpool team will soon begin to crack and begging for overhauling in the nearest two or three seasons to come, which the Reds may not have the war chest like Chelsea to do so. Meanwhile, in contrast, Chelsea have signed relatively young and proven talents in Kai Havertz, 21, Timo Werner, 24, Ben Chiwell, 23, in addition to the club's buzzing and emerging starlets, Christian Pulisic, 21, Mason Mount, 21, Tammy Abraham, 22, Reece James, 20, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, 24, Hudson-Odoi, 19, Billy Gilmour 19, Kurt Zouma, 25, among others. Reece James, Tammy Abraham, Mason Mount, Christian Pulisic, Hudson-Odoi at Chelsea training Chelsea have a relatively younger and talented emerging players Though it will take time for the new gs to blend and fit in properly to Frank Lampard's desired style of play. But I bet you once that happens, Chelsea will be a very dangerous side to contend with, and that is what the Liverpool's boss is afraid of seeing. He cannot deny the quality of the Bundesliga, as it was his achievements with a very young Borussia Dortmund side that brought about his emergence to limelight and his eventual move to England. This will really pain him to see two of the brightest Bundesliga and German International players g for an England team, and it is not his beloved Liverpool side. Recall that, if not for Robert Firmino(28), he would have loved to capture the services of Timo Werner(24), who showed earlier interest towards the Reds, but he's a Blue player now and a slap to their face. Timo Werner and Kai Havertz together Two of the best Bundesliga stars will combine for Chelsea in attack Then, talking about how clubs like Chelsea can spend the manner they want despite the Covid-19 financial implications, because they are "owned by countries, owned by oligarchs" is a fact that he wishes could be the case at Anfield. Apostle Suleman attributed Arsenal’s 2-1 defeat to Brighton to their coach, Mikel Arteta’s selection. According to the controversial preacher, Arteta selected the wrong players for the match and slammed him for losing to a team that is on the verge of relegation. Taking to his Twitter page, he wrote; “When I complained about Arteta, Gunners said I should calm down,” Apostle Suleman wrote on his Twitter handle. “It’s not about the board, please.” “Arteta has weak selections. Most of the players that were featured are not on premiership level.” “How could you lose to a team that’s in the relegation zone? For a major match, you use consolidated players, not ‘experiments’.

Melinda Gates, wife of billionaire businessman and Microsoft founder, Bill Gates, has warned that there will be dead bodies all over the streets of Africa if the world does not act fast enough. “It’s going to be horrible in the developing world. “Part of the reasons you are seeing the case numbers still do not look very bad, is because they don’t have access to many tests. “Look at what is happening in Ecuador, they are putting bodies out on the streets, you are going to see that in countries in Africa,” Mrs Gates noted. Melinda fears things will get worst for Africa once cases peak due to poor health care systems and lack of humanitarian s in the continent She pointed out that her worst fear was when she “saw what China had to do to isolate enormous part of its population. My first thought was Africa. How in the world are they going to deal with this.” “I have been in townships all over Africa and slums. When we talk in country physical distancing and hand-washing, if you live in slums who can’t physically distance, you have to go out and get your meals. You don’t have clean water to wash your hands,” she added. https://twitter.com/i/status/1248657745299062787 https://cnn.it/2Rs3zAq 1 Share |
